Sorry, usually not this bad, but I'm leaving a review on this one.

Who makes the scheduling decisions? They were sorely understaffed. Somebody, please tell me, how is a major fast food chain understaffed in the CHRISTMAS season? I had to ask for the manager to get cashiers to the register. A couple people ended up asking for their money back. Sorry there were so many in the drive-thru, but it's easier to wait in the vehicle than wait in the lobby. Regardless if you can't schedule keep up with the volume of people you probably shouldn't be open at all. If corporate has a problem with that, they can go kick rocks for all I care. Maybe retail just shouldn't open on Sundays.

It's usually not this bad, but tonight it was bad enough to warrant a review.

The term idiocy just doesn't cover it. They have never gotten an order right the first time, and then they have an attitude about fixing it. God overlooked this McDonald's when passing out common sense, and it would seem no one has reminded him yet. Love Mickey D's, but stop hiring F*cktards.

Very annoyed w my visit today. I went here bc my son wanted to play in the play land after a doctor visit .... there was one cashier working and a line 10 people  deep and she was busy talking to her friend who stood next to the register rather than taking orders. We finally ordered, and she gave us a number  to take to the table so they could bring our food to us. So we took it to the DIRTY play area.... again... I only stayed bc I promised my son. So after waiting and waiting for our food to come. I walked out the play land to the register and saw our food just sitting on the counter. I bring it to the play land  and open it to find it all cold. We will NOT be visiting this play area again. Which sucks because it's the only one in our town.
