After an exhilarating afternoon of rock climbing, we found ourselves at the Burger King in Richmond Hill around 4:30 PM. The ambiance was peaceful, with just a few patrons present, allowing us to order quickly. Utilizing our Burger King coupons, we snagged some excellent deals on family meals - a real bonus! The service at this location was commendable; everyone was friendly and accommodating. The self-serve drink station was a hit, offering unlimited refills - a nice touch! Our food was fresh and tasty, though the fries could have used a bit more salt. That said, this minor detail didn’t detract from the overall quality of the meal. One of the most noticeable aspects was the cleanliness of this restaurant, especially when compared to other downtown Burger King locations. The absence of homeless people inside and the well-maintained facilities added to a comfortable dining experience. We were impressed to see the drive-through bustling with activity, sporting a lengthy line - it seems like a popular choice for many. Thankfully, ample parking space meant that access to the restaurant was hassle-free. We’ll definitely consider returning to this Burger King when we’re in the area next. It was a pleasant and efficient dining experience that left us satisfied and impressed.
I love that burger king is consistent across their locations. All the times I've come to this location, which isn't often, drive through is always quick and food is fresh. I've yet to receive stale fries/onion rings. Whopper Wednesday is $7.99, with inflation the 2 whoppers had a price increase twice the last few months but it still tastes the same and I don't feel as if they compromised their quality.

This location was renovated not long ago. The play ground area has been removed and now it's just seating. The decor is modern. Other than that everything else is consistent with a regular BK experience. This location also has 24 hour drive thru. Parking: Parking lot is not that big, fine during off peak times, may be busy during peak times.

Drive thru went by pretty quickly even with about 7 cars waiting. I ordered the extra long cheeseburger and original chicken sandwich. If they still have the extra long cheeseburger, I would recommend getting it as a quick snack. I enjoyed the meal and would visit this location again.Recommended dishesWhopper Jr, Whopper Combo
My hubby loves Burger King and crave for their burgers once in a while. This restaurant is conveniently located. It is quite big with nice comfy seats. I love the high ceiling and the fact that there are lots of window seats. I'm sure you'll love to sit by the window and enjoy a decent meal on a lovely sunny day. It's very clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and friendly. The service was very fast. The burgers were juicy and yummy. The jalapeños cheddar cheese chicken nuggets were really tasty. Love that the onion rings and nuggets are not oily. The apple and strawberry turnovers were tasty, too! The best part is the price is very reasonable. Kid-friendliness: There were high chairs available for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Very spacious restaurant and wheelchair users can easily go in and have a nice seat.
It was a really good deal with coupon. We bought a whopper for buy 1 get 1 free. The burger was fresh and juicy. The service was quick if you wanna grab and go. We ordered a whopper combo this time. The combo was a good deal with coupons in the mail. The fries were not bad! If you don’t have coupons, you can try their whopper combo on whopper Wednesday at $5.99 each. Recently, I came here dine in service during lunch time. The waiting time inside the shop wasn’t too bad. The food was good, but the tables for dine in were very dirty. The seats and tables were never cleaned and seemed like nobody was taking care of the hygiene there because it was a self service dining area. I think management need to pay attention to this due to the COVID situation. It will make it safer for everyone to enjoy dine in if the tables & chairs are clean regularly.
This venue is consistently well-maintained, but it tends to be quite chilly for children. On the plus side, there's always ample parking in the lot and a convenient drive-thru service.Food: 4/5
