I ordered veggie food and they serve with beef and when I called the manager kassi told me that they can’t help me over the phone and hang up the phone without even proper answer. Worst management and staff.Food: 1/5
Wow! This was the BEST Taco Bell experience we’ve ever had anywhere. The girl was so sweet and took pride in her work. Everything we ordered was correct, fresh, and fast. We went around 1:15 pm today 12-16- so whoever was working that shift deserves to be recognized.
We had an issue with our order on the app which caused the meal to be made incorrectly. The manager Kacci was very kind and quickly made a new order for us without issue. She didn’t make it wrong. She just made what the online order said and still corrected it without issue and quickly. I really appreciated the service! Great job.Food: 5/5
I really like Taco Bell for quick Mexican food. I get tacos, nachos and cheese, and gordita cruch. It's always good and the service is great, always making sure my order is right. I like using the app ahead of getting there. Today was the first time the app failed me but the staff took care of me and placed my order there. They made up for the annoyance of the app. I would like the app to be updated for a sweet tea option, but for now, I need to tell the staff. Parking: The parking lot is small, but this location doesn't need a large lot. I have always had a spot to park.
I worked at this Tacobell from May 19th, 2023-March 12th, 2024 and it was the worst experience of my life. I suffered a decline in my mental health, had money troubles, and had to deal with unfriendly staff on top of the regular restaurant problems. To start the job was unprofessional. There was always something broken, the place was a constant mess, and strange smells all over. The GM refused to hire enough members to fill each station so I would be cashiering, hosting, at the window, and cleaning. It was ridiculous, some shifts were not even scheduled with eight hours in between! The staff does not go by the books at all and it makes it hard to get a job properly done. Management would even get the staff to look out for inspections. When we would have someone from corp come they would have the person's name, car color, and model, and what time they would be at the store so we could have our P's and Q's set for their arrival. As soon as we passed our inspection they didn't care what we did though. I also have ASD Autism Spectrum Disorder and two autoimmune diseases Chrons + Mastocytic Colitis and the staff refused to accommodate me. They would not even give me the proper paperwork so I could get my reasonable accommodations and take leaves of absence when I had flare-ups. The staff even had the gall to question if I had ASD. I have never had so much trouble getting that paperwork before. I even had to find the HR contact information online to email them to get a phone call. Sadly it still never resolved the problem. It was so bad that I walked out on March 12 because of a flare-up/burnout, it was literally my last straw. The GM had three staff members myself included running the whole restaurant and on top of that I had a flare-up and a burnout, but she felt that that was okay. I quit that evening on March 12 and by March 13th I was already kicked off the Crew app. The staff is also extremely unfriendly. I have a high-functioning version of Autism and for the most part, I can make it through my day but interacting with these people especially since they didn't understand was so frustrating, confusing, and hard for me. I would go home in tears at times. I felt like I was in high school again with the cattiness and downright bully-like behavior. I could give various examples. It was so bad one time I called a lawyer but they sadly felt like I had no case. I have much more to say about this restaurant and none of it is good. All this experience has taught me how ableist and nasty-spirited people can be. I will also never work for another company like this again. I learned my lesson.
We didn't want to go to the drive-thru so we sat down inside of Taco Bell and ordered Taco Box a couple of Taco melts a few Taco Supremes A bunch of cinnamon twists and some drinks. The cashier was very friendly and very patient while I bumbled through the most comprehensive way of ordering that meal. The tacos were made quickly.
Horrible... from service to food. Usually its hit or miss at this location. But lately its been really bad. Fire everyone and start over. I ordered 2 chalupa s and got this... I'd love to check my recipe to prove it but what do you know i never received one. Taco bell used to be really good. Such a shame. Wont return for awhile.
This Taco Bell location has gone the route of ordering via kiosks. You can also order at the counter but you'll have to wait a couple minutes until somebody comes and takes your order. You can also order via the app and you can either eat inside or take it with you or pick it up through the drive-thru. The customer service from the employees that I dealt with was very good. The employees seem very nice and we're very friendly with the customers in the restaurant

I am always so thankful for how friendly the service is here. This is one of the quickest Taco Bell's I've been to and even when it gets busy, the service is always something to be appreciated. My encounters with Destiny have especially been pleasant as she has never been in anything less than a good mood every time I've been here. I'll be back again.
