My grandson talked me into getting the new meatless Whoppermade with plant based patty. Tasted exactly like the regular “hamburger meat”whopper!!! Very pleasantly surprised!!! I will have that again.

This specific location has the worst customer service in town. As I pulled up to the parking lot I seen a worker smoke a blunt and blast music for everyone to see in the front of the restaurant. Zero professionalism exists. All the workers have the attitude and look of “I rather be anywhere else than here” / “I don’t have the time for this” written on all of their faces.

So I go in almost weekly to get a coffee and a ice cream cone for my German Shepherd they are the most amazing group of people employees staff that I've ever dealt with they are so kind of me they look forward to seeing my dog one time I had a mixed up with an order and the manager went out of her way the beautiful lady dark skin manager there to fix my entire order beyond expectations there's a lady in the back with dreadlocks that works so hard so many hours that people just don't appreciate I appreciate her I will always go to that Burger King I love the entire staff and the friendliness and how they treat me as a customer people don't give enough good comments for such a wonderful staff they're doing a good job

Tried the Burger King app and my first order from this store was missing one large Coke. Next day used the credit for a free drink and placed another order from this store for delivery. They forgot half the order 2 shakes, a large coke, and cheeseburger with fries. I called and spoke to the manager and she said to place another order for the missing items and to call her once I placed the order. When I called 10 minutes later she explained they do not have Oreo shakes. I would avoid this location at all costs unless you want to pay for food that you will not to receive... literally 3 times in 2 days... unbelievable!

I like how they changed their fries to a different size, but they forgot to give me my mozzarella sticks and I had to go back in and show them my receipt. Other than that, good food

Doors were closed and locked before 7pm on a Sunday.  We had a car load of hungry adult that worked the Sarasota medivil faire up the road. We went to Culver's next door and dropped 100.00. The next 3 weekends we wont be stopping at Burger King, and bringing more people from faire with us . We are known for spending  100s of dollars after faire when we rehydrate and refuel.ourselves .

Terrible place. Went there tonight before 8 pm sat there waiting for order to be taken, no one answered. Pulled up to window and girl would not open window to talk. There were 3 other people in drive through waiting as well. They close early and have really bad attitudes. I like the onion rings that's the best part about the place. Can't dine in there anymore. If you order onion rings you get 1 sauce any additional you have to pay for. Like I said really bad attitudes from people working there. Not worth it  I have lived in this area 40+ years .

If you like Burger King, then this is a pretty good. Decently clean and pretty fast service.Food: 4/5

They will stand there and stare at you and not even take your order it happen multiple times they're supposed to be open for breakfast and they won't even acknowledge that you're sitting there waiting to order

They don't trade the coupons for Vegetarian burgers,  Burger King gives the coupons only with meat options. It's a sad and depressing world.  Editing after a year. My previous experience was 1 star. Now it's a 5 star just because of the lady named shawana. She made sure vegetarians are treated equally and get the request I asked for. I could give a 10 star if possible.
