We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

The food was amazing!! Love the funnel cake fries... I tried the brookie with strawberry ice cream and it was better than the vanilla. When I pulled up to the window I saw 4 employees. The one that took my order was a short woman with dreads.. she has the best customer service here at this location. If I had my own business I would definitely hire her. Playful funny and real. She made sure everything was in my bag. Only thing that wasn't there was ranch dip sauce. Her service was so great I left a $20 tip.would definitely go back.

Made an order for the family and was happy that I got it fresh. Got home everyone but my wife had their burger. When I went back. They tried to give me the burger sitting for 45 minutes. Tried to say it was the other shift, that they just came on. I told the manager that it was her crew and I asked the person if the order was completed.  Well almost. Finally my wife had her dinner.

I know the weekend night crew is amazing. Every time I've been there on a Friday or Saturday night the crew knows how to get the food out there on time and correctly. I don't know about the other shifts but I do know about the overnight shift. They are absolutely amazing best time to go.Food: 5/5

The employees are friendly. However you place your order with a robot that WILL screw it up. I asked for a plain burger with fries. My son likes a burger with nothing on it. I had to tell them twice. They still messed that up. If your modifying your order don't go to checkers. I won't go back to place an order with a robot.

Didn't really go inside but the guy at the window wasn't so friendly unfortunately, the automated system to order was a bit strange in my opinion but the food..? DELICIOUS! Loved my burger & fries and my husband loved his food also so that is why this is the rating I'm giving.Food: 5/5

Went to Checkers on Lockwood Ridge Rd and University Ave. in Sarasota and ordered two hotdogs at promotional price of 2 for $6.00, upgraded each order at promotional price of $3.00 more per order which would  include fries plus a drink.  Upgraded one of the drinks to large.  Total came to $17.71.  Handed the attendant $20.71 and when I noticed he was going to give me coin change back I told him my change was $3.00 and he claimed I had given him .21 cents.  I told him I gave him a $20 bill plus two quarters, four nickels and a penny which amounted to $20.71.  Someone else came along and started to argue with me but then told him to give me the three dollars.  I then proceeded to check my order and they only handed me one drink. I explained I had asked for the large fruit punch which they gave me and had also ordered a medium mango drink and that they were out of mango at the time I told him I had paid for a mango drink and showed him my receipt he stated that was an Add-on and I was not to get my second drink.  I left the place without my second drink and very dissatisfied with the service and arguments I received.  It is my first bad experience with Checkers but uncalled for.

The burgers and fries were great. Nonetheless we had to eat outside in the sun as the table shades provided zero blocking. Additionally, we had to wait some time for the food due to the number of people ordering.Food: 5/5

Late night. Young worker in there too busy joking and laughing apparently misheard me 3 times in a row. Making it harder on his team because they had to remake my order 3 times. He was very rude also was working with gloves touching multiple different things, touching his hair, and rubbing his gloves on his pants while handling food. Very unsanitary. The young AA worker did a great job handling the situation. Don’t understand why it was so hard for the other 2 workers to only put mustard and pickles on a hotdog, if they were focusing on doing their job instead of acting like clowns it would’ve never happened.

Great place for a quick snack. Two drive-thru's, one on the left is  kinda for delivery people. Their seasoned fries are the absolute best and they have specials at reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

Good food but extremely slow. There was only 3 cars in front of me but spent over 30 minutes in the drive thru. There were plenty of staff counted 4 employees I can see through the window
