Had a bad experience at McDonald's last month, swore I wouldn't go back. Been going to Burger King since. Ever location has great customer service, and fair prices. Been using the app, which always has deals. Came onto this location today, and they topped all the other locations so far. Lady behind the counter was smiling, welcoming, even offered to help with the app by telling my the location. Great service, great food, great atmosphere Good music. Why did I wait so long to make Burger King my go-to. Should of done this sooner.
It's a hit or miss on getting a friendly person at the window. Hit or kiss on fast or slow service. But every time I order a sandwich or breakfast burrito, it's always sloppy or made improperly. And price being charged doesn't match price on menu. Also line was too long last time and I tried to go in to order and they leave the door locked.
Disgusting, had to throw away the food,everything was a MESS and burnt,these people do not care about their job or the establishment. This is what they believed was okay for human consumption. This Burger King needs help.
Would give it 0 stars it that was possible. First off they got my order wrong. I ordered a #10 which is an Original Chicken Sandwich with cheese and instead i got a Ch'King sandwich with pickles. I'm allergic to pickles. Secondly I lost my appetite after I saw the presentation of that sandwich. It looked like some vomited the sauce all over it and then slapped a bun on top. Thirdly I was told to back up past the yellow pole twice and on the second time I was told to wait there until my order was ready. Highly dissatisfied with the service and the inaccuracy of my order. Would not recommend anyone to go here.
The drive-thru window they'll make you reverse then wait then go forward because of ticket time the lady manager say
I had to wait 1 hour for my southwest bacon burger…. I asked for no onions which I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO and they still put onions in my burger. If I could give 0 stars I could. The girl at the window was give me attitude and it was very unacceptable. I will never show my face or step my feet in this burger kind again.
Ive spent 40 years on this earth so I've been to many Butger Kings in my life. From Miami to Orlando. This location is without a doubt the worst one I've ever been to ever. The drive thru was so slow because they thought it would be okay to let people wait over 40 minutes for "fast food". People eventually started backing out the wrong way in drive threu just to get away from this place. The food was horrible when we got it and everyone had a don't care attitude about all of this as if it was just the norm there. Any other bk location manager would have been ashamed and embarrassed. I will never go there again and encourage anyone I talk to to avoid this place at all costs.
Burger King should invest more on their speakers cannot hear the employee, and employee does not respond to order made thru the speaker
The lady was extremely rude the one with the dreads. We caught her saying to spit on the food in Haitian Creole . Not knowing we speak it
Horrible service!! The only Burger King that doesn't do add on's at the window. This is the fish sandwich they served me. That's what it looked like when we broke the sandwich apart. Old and burnt!!! Management didn't help they lie to cover for one another!! I asked for corporate phone #. They gave me the wrong #. Won't be going back!!!
