The drive-through was fast ... sorta; it took me AT LEAST 7-8 fulltries to make a simple order : " one crispy chicken deluxe meal and make the fries large."  It would help if the order-taker  understood the simplest native  English from a  Midwesterner.  I've lived in Miami for more than 20 yrs, and never had anything even close to this absurd situation.  Otherwise, food fine, pickup window fine, etc.

Pro-long on certain orders. I ordered my food mind you it was empty and everyone who came after me got their orders first. Also, i was with my grandmother who has diabetes and she's showing them that her sugar is low and they were still ignoring us as if we did not exist. And for an assistant manager to catch an attitude with me as a 15 year old girl, when God is my witness i was asking politely for my food is unprofessional. I recommend better staff there with a much better attitude.

Went at night around 10, one of the two drive through was closed so there was a big line, a long wait, finally I get there, i ordered a sundae but they ran out, so I ordered a shake, same answer, finally because I didn't want to come back home empty-handed I had a cone, I don't know if it was my frustration but, it didn't taste good either, very synthetic. I don't know why but I always have bad experiences in this McDonald's, maybe I'm the one to blame because I keep coming, but it's close! The other one I go to I love it! Never had a bad experience so far but it's like a 10 minute drive vs a 2.

Frustrating experience.  Went to McDonalds to get a quick meal. As the result: Took 27 minutes to get my order.  Order was “Dine in” got it packed in the paper bag like to “take out”.  Didn’t get the napkins. All the SCOs were out of order.

The workers are racist and always give me the COMPLETELY wrong sauce and always miss a few food items. One of the ladies is very dismissive and acts like she’s busy talking on drive thru when she’s not just to get you out of her hair. They gossip and take long to answer at the drive thru. Absolutely terrible and most of them are friends so they all goof around right in front of you;holding up the line even more.

I haven't been to McDonald's in years and after this experience, I now remember why I took a hiatus. The nuggets were not good at all. Pieces of them were gummy and nasty. The fries were burnt way too "Crispy" and the guava pie was cold and hard when the box says contents are hot. It's a shame how people have no pride about their work anymore.

Male cashier could not speak or understand ENGLISH ..  Hello - he needs to flip burgers in the back NOT up front as a cashier until he learns English and learns the posi touch food ordering system -  The worst Ive ever seen or experienced in all my years of restaurants !  Mgmt needs to get it together there -  and ... the Homeless can not bring their carts into the restaurant!!  How unsanitary ..

Nice McDonald's. Employees are super slow so get ready to wait. You can order using the machine but you can not for example add tomato or lettuce so they still need to fix that.

The owner of this store should really take a moment and come by to experiencesee how the restaurant is being opera is terrible customer service, the waits inside and in the drive thru are extremely long! Today as I waited for half an hour, three people came into the store to complain about wrong ordered from the drive thru. My order was wrong too! Terrible!
