I ordered through their app and got a totally different item. I was confused and talked to the manager who was not only unprofessional but also rude. I showed him what I have ordered on the app and he was defensive and kept saying he couldn't be responsible for their system error. ?!?! I didn't even asked for replacement. I just want to share the odd incident with him. No apology and no thank you for sharing their system with him. The store smelled so greasy that we decided to eat outside. The tables outsides were all dirty, too. Avoid this store if you can.

I went there shortly after a limited item had launched.  I didn't see it on the menu so i nicely asked if it was still available.  The lady on the other end had bad english and couldn't quite understand me and I just nicely asked a second time.   Then some rude guy gets on the intercom and snarkly says "We don't have that anymore! what do you want!??"    I will never go here again.  It was a simple question yes or no.

The lobby was not open despite being within the posted open hours, no additional signs were posted if it was an emergency circumstance, the employee inside just motioned for me to go around to the drive-thru, but without a car I don't know if he thinks I should walk through? Just put up a sign.Service: 1/5

This location has horrible customer service. I went through the drive thru and the employee was very rude and unprofessional over the intercom. He refused to answer any of  my questions and rushed me to place my order. Once I got to the window, I ask for the manager who said his name was Nick to avoid confrontation. I asked for the store number and the name of the employee who took my order. Nick who claimed to be the manager was also shockingly rude as well and rufused to give me the information. He had an attitude, gave me the dirtiest look and appeared to be angry while the man who took the smiled behind him. Nick hands me my food but to make matters worse it was the wrong order! For the price I paid this is unacceptable. My burger was disgusting and the meat patty was extremely small. I literally threw the food away because I don’t know if this was done intentionally and if my food was tampered with by the way the employee was smiling. This was one of the worse experiences eating out that I’ve had in a long time. I work right across the street and will never go to this location again! These employees should be fired and replaced with someone who at least knows how to talk to people and answer simple questions. The work ethic that was displayed today is bad for business.

Impossible Whopper was surprisingly impressive... at other locations. I've had it two times prior and enjoyed it until I came here and ordered it. It was cold and tasted very subpar compared to my other two experiences. Sadly, will probably never want to order the Impossible Whopper ever again.

Went in this evening at 5:15pm. Online hours for Xmas Eve showed that they were closing at 6:00pm.  Pulled into the drive through and was immediately told that they were closed... I found this strange as the employees inside were just standing around... They weren't working on closing duties or anything.  They clearly just didn't want to deal with anyone and decided to just turn people away.  This location is getting progressively worse, I've been coming to this one for years. Going to start going a little further to a different one instead from now on.  I wouldn't recommend this location. Avoid it if you can.

I've never encountered this bad customer service. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to open the drive thru window and when I asked him what time they open, he just ignored me and shut the window hard. I asked him if he's okay when he handed me the brown bag, he kept ignoring me and just closed the window. Do avoid going here!

Simply Delicious . It’s fast food so when you crave for it, everything about it is delicious . Love love love it Food: 5/5

The staff in this location should get some training. Front door is locked at 4pm, we had to go to drive through for pickup. Customer service is bad, when we got the food at the drive through counter it was missing a few items that we ordered and the waiter told us there's nothing he could do bc it didn't show up in the system. But that's not how you should be treating your customers since we already paid for the food. After arguing for a few mins we finally got them but wasn't a pleasant experience as you can tell
