I’m a delivery driver. I’ve eaten here before, but today, 1/18/23, at 6:37pm, 2 drivers before me didn’t complete an order going to a senior home. The beautiful woman working the front was very polite and reissued the food with no problem. Most places aren’t as compliant or polite. She deserves a raise for her politeness and HUGE heart!!! God Bless you!!! I’m reading some of these reviews and WOW!!! drank coke with a spoon? It’s a cup! Lol. Taking daughter to fast food places before going on sport meets? Lol. I can’t take half of these 1 star reviews serious! It’s a fast food restaurant, not fogo de chao!! They’re all hit or miss!!
This burger king is the worst burger king! Every time we come here their is an issue the menu board never works! At 4pm they locked the doors and said they are not taking any more orders! Worst bk around sucks it's the only one close to me
The drivetru menu screen is broken, is super slow service, food is cold - took a few bites and it made me sick, will not return! Waste of time, waste of money, waste of food. Can't even see receipt! Terrible!!!!!Food: 1/5
Never in my life have I seen such a bad Burger King. This place makes Burbank look bad. This place always ALWAYS gets my order wrong. They’re always out of everything and don’t even let you know. Workers are lazy and this place just needs to have some sort of makeover or something.
The absolute worst burger king I've ever been to. Double bacon burger had no cheese that I ordered and old lettuce I called them back and told them what was wrong she told me the only way to make it right was to return to the store so the can see the meal hell I'm at work that was my lunch. Dry a** burger and cold chicken fries. I will never return to this burger king.
Terrible customer service. No greeting just being told to hold up very rude and then after waiting a while I get told no card cash only. I asked for customer service number and I get a snarky remark very rude that “you can find dat online i ain’t got that in store.” I was there 9/24/22 at 8:20pm. The disrespect and I top of that their lights aren’t even on at all acting like they are closed. Clearly their employees don’t want to work.
My twins had a Cross Country meet yesterday 9/10 at Reaves. My daughter has to eat so we went to BK on State Road in Burbank was highly disappointed. Was told it was closed due to lack of staff. Asked when they would open no idea was the response. Couldn’t even bring my kids back because you don’t know. I’ve been at a BK before where there was poor staffing but the manger was taking orders, cooking along with the staff she had apologized for the wait but never shut down. Dunkin’ got everyone business. Thanks Dunkin for saving my daughter blood sugar level. Pathetic !!!
The dining room was closed. Had to go through the drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes. Otherwise the food was ok. Service was slow.

I placed my order with a family meal coupon for 12.99 minus taxes. I live approximately 2.5 miles from this Burger King. I arrived home to discover that all of the burgers were cold, dehydrated and not warm in the slightest. Not to mention the cold condiments that only exasperated issue. Naturally, you want your condiments cold, but on a hot burger. I definitely won’t be returning to this Burger King . With inflation kicking in people can’t afford to gamble on take-out. At the very least, these fast food joints could make sure that the food of their customers is prepared properly.
