This is the worse Burger King. First for some reason you can't use your card only cash in the drive thru. You have to park and go in, meanwhile there is no parking lot. You park on an always crowded street. The one time I have cash on me I drive up for breakfast and then they tell me I have to come inside to order!!!! Whyyyyyy Cletus?????? I just went across the street to White Castle at least they have their act together
Imitation food.. god knows what it is.. know it's totally not healthy.. .. no more then once a month... if even.. much better ways to get sick n die
We went to the drive thru around 10pm on a Friday before a road trip. We needed a quick bite. This gets 5 stars, with the understanding that it's still a burger king, and fast food. The staff was very sweet and nice to us and our dog that was saying hi from the back seat. They also made our food "fresh" as you can get which was also nice of them. The fries were crisp and the whoppers were good also.

I see why this establishment is bad due to the area but also buying a meal with a drink-we are not entitled to free refills and asking for additional sauce was not free either. I will not eat at this burger king in the near future. The food was also a bit too salty for my taste and the impossible burger was a not as grilled to my liking. Update this restaurant has the worst employees with the worst attitude. They would just close the window and ignore you when you're trying to figure out an issue Update the latest order, they changed my order over the app and removed the free kids meal. Shame this establishment has such shady people working there Update: Thought they changed, but horrible attitude still persists. Update: They don't tell you the summation of the order or rather, too lazy to do it, then you find out at the end that the price in the app is different from the restaurant. This is the worst Burger King I've ever eaten at. Horrible attitude is toxic. Update: the person at the drive thru is really friendly and nice. Thank you for a change on April 6 2022 1:06 pm thank you Update: place keeps getting worse-now they don't participate in the perks app, but I ordered two fish sandwiches and asked to remove the pickles but substitute extra lettuce-well, guess what, they charge you extra for that even if you removed something to replace it! Terrible business model.
Do not order from 308 Elizabeth Ave. I placed an uber eats order and they did not have the sandwich I paid for so instead of contacting me for a substitute they just gave me whatever they wanted. This was the second occurrence. The first time I let it slide but this time I called them to get what I ordered. I called twice asking for a manager and each time I called the two different people that answered said they were the manager. Is everyone there a manager? The only way they offered to rectify it was if I stopped by and exchanged the sandwich. It was their mistake! The while purpose of uber eats is because I can't get there myself.
customer service was very poor. we went through the drive through and got cut off while ordering every time something was said. while driving up to the window someone waved their hands out to tell us to stop before we waited at the window. once we made it up to the window, employee did not have her mask on AT ALL. we asked for barbecue sauce and got cut of AGAIN, and then told told that all the sauces were being put in the bag. the girl at the window told us to pull up to the stop sign afterwards. we waited a few minutes and the same girl came out with our food. her mask was still not up. even though she was rude, we said thank you and she completely ignored. we specifically asked for hot fries but everything was slightly warm. changes were also made to burgers during ordering, but they did not comply. just wanted to grab something to eat after a long day of airplanes, but will not be coming here ever again.
