Had a great experience here today! They were super busy when I walked in but the whole staff was kind and respectful. Manny served me and was very pleasant. The whole staff was great!! The new Italian chicken was great  Parking: Lots of space

I went through the drive thru and ordered. I pulled up to the window and gave him my debit card and my coupon and said here is a coupon.... They still charged me 12.99  and then the manager proceeded to scream at me telling me that I should have told them about the coupon when I placed the order. And I told her how am I supposed to know that? ? And she told me how is the cashier supposed to know that you have a coupon?.... I told her because I handed it to him.  And she literally screamed at me how is he supposed to know? ..... I don't work at Burger King. They charged me $12.99 and it should have been $6.99 the manager was so very rude... No I would never recommend anyone come to this Burger King. Because the employee pretty much the rudest manager I've ever met being a manager. 12/19/22 lunch time

The manager was very very rude she was not polite at all. There was no one in the Drive-Thru behind me so the lady who posted that post is lying.  The manager was very very rude. And FYI there is no sign saying the coupon has to  be presented while ordering. I handed the coupon with my debit card and was still charged $12.99 when it should have been $6.99 with tax and then they wouldn't take it off. That's rude. I presented the coupon with my card and then she did scream at me she screamed at me and told me how is he supposed to know I don't work at Burger King that's your job. They need to put a sign up

Even 1 star is too generous. The store manager is rude, the assistant has a attitude problem. I wouldn't recommend working for them. Yesterday a worker was cooking chicken for the sandwiches,  dropped a piece on the floor and picked it up and proceeded to put it with the rest of the cooked chicken. I will never work for this burger King again good day

If you come during the day it's the best BK in the area by a long shot. The night crew seems to struggle a bit more. Either way, it's the best BK around. This how a Whopper should taste. Also get yourself a BK stacker, they're pretty good.Food: 5/5

This place has went from the fastest service in the city to probably slower than the KFC on Hill road. There were six people working today no one was in the Drive-Thru and there was one person ahead of me and I waited 10 minutes to place an order because the entire staff appears to be new or maybe just slow people in general. It's always the worst experience now, if it isn't insanely slow which pretty much always is then usually the order is wrong. It just comes down to incompetent people working.

I was inside tgis location when the previous reviewer was in the drive through. I was able to hear the entiee conversation. The manager was called over because the customer did not provide a coupon until after the card was charged and the customer got angry. The manager was very very polite and explained that the cashier did not know therw was a coupon to be had. And also that reviewer usedsome very inappropriate language as she left. This is the best burger king around with the nicest staff. It is unfortunate that people can speak however to them. Thank you for your hard work.

Fastest drive thru in grand Blanc, I go here regularly because the food is always fresh and the people are nice. They are more staffed during the day it seems. Not sure how there's bad reviews this is the best BK I've had.Food: 5/5

Went to the drive thru and was greeted by a nice person. Got up to the window and a completely different rude person was there. My order now costs over 3 and times what  it did a year ago and it my order was completely wrong as well as cold. Never going back.

Mary was so sweet to me, I'd spent all night in the hospital and just wanted some breakfast and Mary came through for me. She was gentle and sweet, thoughtful and kind. She was a pleasure to deal with and I'm so glad she was there.
