I love Jimmy John’s, but this location isn’t it! I will not eat here ever again. The bread is not fresh, it was super hard. I got more meat then anything. Hardly any lettuce, only a couple of peppers and no Mayo on it. Disappointing.

Only had a 100 dollar bill and this was a sat at 3:50 and said they couldn’t help me! Didn’t have any change. How does a business turn away someone that has cash in hand.  0 signs saying they don’t take 100’s

This location has nowhere decent to park so I decided to get it delivered and ordered online. Don’t order the pickles, you won’t get them. Thanks for costing me extra for air. Also, didn’t give us any straws.

I live 2 miles from them they won't deliver they've delivered to me for about 10 years since they opened but all of a sudden now corporate don't let them travel more than a thousand feet I guess

Loved ordering from this store. The staff is always nice and it’s clean. Plus it’s closest to me. Only rating them low because they recently changed where they deliver to and I no longer can order from here or from any store where I’m at. I’m very disappointed.

Heard every cussword in the book from the music that was blaring in there. There were kids inside. Clean it up.

I usually love Jimmy Johns but recently they've been letting me down. I order often & my last 3x I've ordered theres been a issue with either forgetting part of my order, order being wrong, or simply taking over 45 minutes for my sub. They put themselves out there to be "freaky fast" but they take just as long as any other delivery place sadly.

Usually my experience is good, but lately things have just been mediocre.  My delivery was quick tonight, but my sandwich was wrong.  I ordered the Turkey Tom #4. I opened my sandwich to put a little salt on it and noticed some weird looking tomatoes, only to discover that they were cherry peppers!! that I definitely didn’t ask for. It was also lacking in Turkey and filled with mostly lettuce. I also asked to include napkins, because apparently you have to ask, it was on my receipt, “grab napkins”  but nope, no napkins.   I gave a 25% tip for my two sandwich order too!   I think I’m going to have to start taking my business to Jersey Mikes, because unfortunately attention to detail is slipping here.

I usually love jimmy johns but we ordered lunch to be delivered at home and it was a mess. At first we were happy because over the phone the guy told us 30 min and we received our order in less than 15. After receiving my order I wish they would have taken the extra 15 min. The guy on the phone asked which veggie sub I wanted because I wasn’t sure of the numbers, he gave me options 9 or 12... not veggie subs I guess because I picked 12 and when I got the sub it had turkey on it..... also no straw for my pop.
