I rarely go to Hamburger fast food restaurants because I've been vegan for years now.   I bought A Beyond or Impossible burger meal here.   It was one of those where you take a couple of bites and you start considering how hungry you really are, how much you paid and if I eat this will I get sick.  The burger was bad.   The soda tasted like mineral water.   Will not be returning to any Burger King.  There are better hat foods options for Vegans.

This place has the absolute slowest drive thru in America. Horribly slow. Bad customer service. And to top it off the food was cold and definitely not made fresh.  I have low expectations when it comes to fast food restaurants but this place is well below the normal. Avoid this place if your in a hurry and want something fresh and hot. Total time in drive thru  was 23 minutes. And there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up.  Unacceptable.

This place was a horrible expirace.  The manager did a good job But the quality was horrible.  Burgerking is mess with a formula that was working.Food: 1/5

Best coupons, consistently good food and menu choices, great prices, outstanding employees, and good speed of order + pickup.  I do have 3 complaints regarding my 5/26 10:30am visit: 1.  As customer traffic picked up with a minimal crew, the supervisor on duty never lifted a finger to assist or support them, sitting out in the dining area twiddling his thumbs during the 2 hours I was there. 2.  The entire dining area needed cleaning.  I wiped my own table and seats, something the supervisor watched me do and was well-aware of. 3.  The building could use a "face lift" - freshen-up the paint and business logos.

I asked for a low carb double bacon cheeseburger and got one patty with cheese only. I was charged for an item I didn't receive and furthermore, they are not answering their phone to remedy their mistake ie. a refund. I waited until I was dropped off at home when I realized the issue which is why I tried calling. It's a 1st world problem I guess, but totally not cool.

Good ice cream cone..... To cool off this weird heat.... Covid-19 free and plenty of parking. The cashier's were nice and helpful and If they forget something they admit their mistake and apologize. That's a queen for king's customers. Sincerely Jesus Banda's honest reviews.

Burger King's food is always so fresh and the location I went to in Pico Rivera they just refurbished the whole building and it looks great. I had breakfast there and Burger King has great coupons what a deal, I recommend Burger King highly

The attitude of the worker trying to tell u how to eat your food charging money for asking for ranch they gave me one had to pay for a second I got 3 burgers and fries only one sauce! Fries were not completely cooked

The customer service at this establishment is horrible. I walked in, and for 15 minutes was left standing there without anyone coming to help. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I had to call her over to take my order because she said the drive thru was more important. She then asks with the worst attitude what I wanted… when I told her what I wanted was customer service, she preceded to tell me to leave and not comeback… this place smells, is dirty, and has the worst customer service that I have ever been apart of…never going back…

They hired more staff and food was fast and hot. They have improved!
