They dropped my food in the bag they didn’t pack it right bad serving and bad service it’s not the first time that happened to meFood: 1/5

Worst Location Ever. Not even joking EVERY time I order from here whether it's in person or online, my order is wrong or missing something fully. I ordered TWICE today and BOTH times my food was either a completely different itemI ordered a cheeseburger and got chicken nuggets and then when I ordered again to actually get my burger the entire thing was just missing.

I work next door so I come here almost everyday for breakfast and everyday these people have the nastiest attitudes. Today Sonia helped me and I ordered some fries and a chocolate over load and I asked her if she could charge me for a milk shake but instead of giving me a whole milkshake if she can just pls put like a dot of ice cream in the middle of my over load cake. She gave me the nastiest look and said no. I asked her why, I’m still paying and every other Jack in the back I’ve been too has done it without a problem. She just said when I even asked her to explain why. I let it go because I knew she wasn’t going to let me talk and when I payed and was about to drive off she cussed at me in Spanish under her breath and slammed the window shut up before I could even react.

Sometimes I stop here to grab lunch since it's close to work, the caramel iced coffee is good and I also like the lime coke or grape spriteFood: 5/5

20 minutes waiting in the drive thru waiting for just a combo . Customer service was not good at all .

Very friendly staff at times. The location needs a huge remodel, plus a crack down on the random stranger that goes into the bathroom to do drugs. The food is good, never had any real issues. Once in a while I get a staff member that limits the sauce and ketchup like McDonald's. Over all, it's good.

They always take forever !! I always try to avoid this location . And it doesn’t matter if they are busy or not

Terrible customer service. The shift that’s working after 2pm. Terrible customer service. Nobody says anything when you walk in. They all avoid coming to the counter. I asked if any one was taking orders, twice I was ignored, I had been standing at the counter for over five minutes. No came over or even looked at me. Very unprofessional and rude

Went through the drive thru for an order of tacos and a #10 combo. First they forget my drink and has to go through the drive thru a second time. Gave them the benefit of the doubt that my order was completed under the sauces and napkins. They completely forget my 2 orders of tacos. At least the #10 was completed.Food: 4/5
