It's rare to get someone at a fast food restaurant that is Pleasant and friendly. The guy at the University Boulevard Burger King was awesome. I wish I knew his name but he was working in the evening on a Friday night.
Better than average that I have at most BKs. The fries were hot and fresh, the burger was well made and looked like you'd see on the ads. The cashier was nice, and prompt
The drive through workers were so friendly and so nice, it made our experience great. I wish we got their names. But today was one of the best fast food drive thru experiences my husband and I have ever had. Good employees!!
Guy working the drive through is more worried about his Mathew McConaughey impression then giving me all my food with my order. When you order a meal it comes with fries normally but not mine apparently.
Restaurant was clean, employees were prompt, professional, and friendly. My Whopper was pretty good. The beef patty seemed a little thin.Food: 4/5
I havent been back here in a while and I decided to get a chicken sandwhich here. This was tge worst chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. It was abysmal! Maybe it was a bad day there,idk but stay away from there chicken. Pic is below Previous review:Went and got there promotional 2 for $10 meal deal. Which includes 2 whoppers, 2 small fries and drinks. Food was delicious, the BK was clean and the workers were friendly. Will be back
Literally got home to eat my chicken sandwich and this is just ridiculous to be serve buns with black mold on them. Not going here for lunch anymore, after going here for 3 years now.
Visited the location in Moon Township. Service was top notch. The guy at the counter Matt was very polite. He brought our food out to us.
Came here for dinner before a concert at UPMC Events Center right around the corner and had no complaints. I had a pretty big order and it was actually done by the time I got to the second window and I didn’t have to wait. Fries were fresh and the burgers were great.
Good service at this burger King and they got my order right
