Awful first experience! I came in for a steak burrito and a salad. First off, for being brand new it was pretty dirty. Garbage everywhere, trash cans overflowing.. nothing was stocked. I wanted sofritas for the salad. There was nothing ready to go, I had to wait 7 minutes for it to be made on top of the 11 minutes I waited in line. The line behind me had 7 people in it on top of multiple people waiting for their mobile orders. There was one poor guy trying to do everything. Running to get the out of stock items, make the food and ring everyone out. I don’t blame him but it was absolutely ridiculous to wait so long. By the time I finally got checked out, the burrito that was made first was no longer very hot. I won’t be going back there again.

When this chipotle first opened I was very disappointed with how bad the meat was and how small my bowl was, but decided to give it another chance today. I am so happy I did because it was the best bowl I have ever gotten at a chipotle. It was loaded with tons of toppings, the meat was cooked perfectly and it was delicious!

I got two bowls literally both missing beans a salsa like two of the main ingredients in burritos!!!!. We ordered them for rapid pick up and got them less than ten minutes after ordering, but all the cheese was melted and they were ice cold??? Between the two bowls we ordered there literally weren’t enough ingredients to fill one bowl. They also forgot one of our chip bags and the chips we did get were literally wet. I tried contacting customer service via the survey that came with my order confirmation, Twitter and a customer service form shared via the chipotle twitter and was ghosted on all fronts. I just wanted a refund for the food I had to throw away because it was so disgusting we didn’t feel ok eating it. Peace out chipotle...I won’t be back.

This chipotle location is awful. Ordered cheese tortilla kids meals with chips and chocolate milk. All of them came with no cheese and liquid sour cream. Two of the three came without the chips or drinks. Then mine...was supposed to be a meatless burrito bowl and it came cold and soaked in liquid sour cream. Will not ever order from this particular location again.

There’s always a long wait, so today I ordered via DoorDash. However, I opened my burrito bowl and my daughter’s quesadilla to UNCOOKED RICE. It spoils the whole meal! I’ve been eating at Chipotle since 2008, but since COVID, they’ve gotten it wrong time and time and time again. I don’t want to be done but quality is way way down at more than 1 location and I’m tired of being screwed out of my money and out of a meal.

Definitely was not craving a cheese,rice, corn salsa burrito but thats what I receieved i wanted a fajita burrito.  They were out of many items.  Got home and realized I received no large guacamole got the chips and no receipt for a reference # .   Yikes

I spent $55 dollars on garbage and food poisoning. Every soda they have was flat. The place was dirty and disgusting. So much cross contamination. All 4 of us will never return. I've given them too many chances and all they do is give you free burrito coupons that you have to use in separate visits so they can try to force you to come back again. This is unacceptable and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. I included pictures of the filth.

This is by far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. I’ve given them more than one try because any place can have an off day. They are consistently terrible. Today was the last opportunity and here’s how it went: 1.  The chips with my order were so stale they would bend in half instead of snap 2. There were big chunks of unshredded cheese in my bowl 3. I ordered 4 tortillas on the side, they gave me 4 soft taco shells 4.  Food has no sign of heat to it at all, it was literally cold; cold chicken, cold rice. My daughter is a chipotle lover, it’s her absolute favorite. Today she walked away from her food and said “this is absolutely terrible.”

Read this cautionary tale as it may well save your life or at least save you some money.  I  am reluctantly writing this one star review from my dirty seat in Chipotle because Google will not allow for zero stars or more appropriately in this case—negative stars.  I have been eating Chipotle since 1999 and this place is by far the worst Chipotle in the US—hands down. My family has tried this location about 8 times hoping it would at some point resemble a Real Chipotle. Sadly, it never does. The orders are always prepared incorrectly with the food under/overcooked and missing ingredients. It is routine that they never have common ingredients in stock like chicken, tortillas and fountain drinks.  The staff is borderline comatose. Are they awake? High? Callous? Or just plain inept? Answer is: all of the above.  Now that we have covered the terrible staff and horrific food. Let’s talk about the state of the actual restaurant. Sweet Jesus!! Where to start? It is always filthy: the tables are never clean, the garbage was overflowing and the drink area was a mess. The drink dispenser area was covered in food and trash.  Unsurprisingly, the water would not stop running so an employee happily stuck his finger up the spigot to stop the flow and then promptly asked if I wanted some. Yikes! The health inspector would have a field day. I have not seen the restrooms to comment, but can you even imagine the atrocities lurking within?  Seriously, Chipotle this is an embarrassment you should be ashamed. The local management should be ashamed, held accountable and brought up on charges. If you value your health, palate and hard earned money—avoid this place like the plague.

While I LOVE Chipotle, this store has been a disappointment. The food has been less than the standard of most others I've visited. The service is always subpar, there is minimal space and most of the time the tables are dirty. It's really unfortunate because we really like Chipotle food and were excited to see one come to Moon. Because I like it so much, I'll keep trying the store hoping that it gets better. I am happy we have a little more variety in our area.  Parking: Parking is tight
