Cashier charged my card for the wrong items and continued to tell me to check the bag. As I explained the receipt she handed me wasn't mine she caught an attitude and SNATCHED the receipt out my hand. Very rude, I've never experienced such treatment! I even took the time to calmly tell her that it wasn't my receipt and he behavior was very unnecessary and rude. All she had to do was charge my card for the items I ordered and hand me the correct receipt.

What happened, I asked for a double whopper order and they gave me one of a single meat, in addition, few potatoes came and they charged me twice what a bad service

Horrible !!! Make a order by door dash  delivery was ok but my order came incomplete- missing a full meal  KM Burger -fries and the toy  No ice on drinks and I call Burger King and they told me we didn’t take your money was doordash We can’t help you !! and hang up Horrible  experience

Their burgers are always cold. I don’t go often but every now and then I have a craving for a burger and each time it’s cold. This is the only location that serves cold a** food. They could do better with the staff as well

Just went through the druve then and got home and I'm missing a large fry amd onion ring. This is the 3rd time this has happened. When I order food I expect to get everything!!!

This place is disgusting I wanted simple nuggets and a burger the cashier looks high doesn’t have to motive to work and the manager is fine with it this place disgust me I would not recommend coming here

The staff was friendly and quick. The food was good overall, but the chicken fries weren't crispy as they should be.

The service here is awful and it's the manager's fault! I can tell if I got a premium sandwich or sandwich off the value menu. No pride. I don't believe in Chick-fil-A's values but their customer service is on top.

Shortly after visiting BK on Notthingham Way, I caught strep throat. I ordered a small frozen drink, which they didn’t have, and was provided with a small soft drink with a clear coffee lid. They were not able to provide me with a straw so I drank from the lid. I should have been more careful since the same guy who collected money, touched my cup.

I feel bad because I love  burger king and this place is very close to my home but I refuse to eat here again any time soon. I ordered 2 whopper Jr with cheese and the buns were hard and had mold on them this led me to believe the workers there don't care at all and im assuming it's dirty and im totally grossed out. Sorry guys but this was my experience recently and I had to share
