Customer service was horrible! I went to the drive through and the guy at the window got irritated when I told him I was missing stuff from my order. He then asked for the bag back to check, which is fine, but then when he saw that I was right, he didn’t even apologize and just shoved the bag back at me.

Terrible experience here. Ordered two chicken sandwiches, one spicy and one regular. Both sandwiches were undercooked and had portions of the meat that were still raw.  I called the store to express my concern and was hung up on the first time I called.  They offered to remake the sandwiches which we would need to come back to the store with the uneaten sandwiches.  Never again will I eat here.

Solely rated on their chicken sandwhich. Super crispy. Everything else I can't vouch for. Although the Cajun fries are good as well.

Ordered spicy chicken tenders received plain tasteless ones instead , no sauces ,and no Mac and cheese. Never called to see if I wanted a different side not nasty coleslaw.

Horrible service, never get what u order, and always have to wait long for food... Need new management !!!!

Worse of the worse. You think you've seen  worse wait until you get to this Popeye place or maybe all are the same. The people talking like they're in school. No respect, the supervisor says "chill out, chill out" behind their backs and that means excuse me. I ordered the 5 pc meal and I've never seen a chicken so old. Maybe cuz it was 8:45pm? That place=bad product, bad service and no respect. Ask me if I want to come back to that place

Gave it a 3 star not because of the taste or quality but because they messed my order up! Paid for 8 piece tenders & only got 5! Used the app to order it & tried calling to let them know & no one answered the phone!

My husband and I live in upstate NY and stopped here for lunch, since I used to live close by and we were on our way home. It was about 330 pm on Wednesday, 2/23. The young black gentleman who waited on us couldn't have been any nicer and was so polite and courteous. I just wanted to give him his due, because you have a wonderful employee there and his parents raised him right!

Popeyes is a bit to high so I go when I have extras. But the food is good.Food: 4/5

I love the new special they have going on now the $6 chicken meal2pc chicken or 3 tenders w/ 2sides & or more for $8 includes apple pie & drink. The apple pie is delicious, better than Micky D's! Other than that Popeyes seems to be quite a bit over priced for their normal combos on menu & to make matters worse I always have to throughly check my order after it's received because on more occasions then I'd like to admit they have either given me the wrong order & left out an item I paid for. That's very frustrating, especially IF you get home before checking the order. It just shouldn't happen considering you confirm your order with the customer service rep before paying for it. .
