Food was good, but the drive thru worker made it seemed like it was a burden to serve me and over charged me went from $36.46 at the window to $45.46 when he charges my card, and when I questioned the price and asked for a receipt was told they were out of paper. Which it happens but i literally stick my head in the window and see a receipt getting printed so now I'm confused. After debating about how taxes worked I was able to get the extra food I was charged for... lesson of the day keep them card notifications on they're annoying as but it saves you from getting overcharged
Lobby will randomly be locked with no signage up warning of such. 3pm on a Sunday and you are locking the lobby? I have pulled up to the drive thru during evening business hours to find the signs and lights off, while still advertised as being open. Have ordered multiple of same things on occassion and they only ring it up once, at least i am not getting charged, but how is that good customer service if your people do not listen to what is being ordered. It is a shame this location is run and maintained so poorly, they have a good physical location for a fastfood business.
The main guy that works drive thru is awful. Rushing us on our order “Okay what else. Okay what else. Okay what else. Okay is that it?” Super rude and didn’t give us time to respond. Definitely hates his job and should look somewhere else. We left without getting our food in fear that someone would spit in it. That guy has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. And I work in customer service. I understand customers can be annoying. But don’t be rude to nice people. Not sure why this Burger King is still in business. The guy has long hair and gauges. Always works drive thru. DO NOT GO HERE.
This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to & I will never go again !!!! Went in this Burger King Saturday around 3 or 4 pm …the entire staff was rude it was a staff with all females they were extremely rude one of the girls looked @ me with the meanest look & rolled her eyes @ me as if she were about to come from behind the counter & jump me!!!! Mind you I hadn’t said anything to any of the young ladies but to order my food. When I tried to address the problem with the manager she spoke in another language & said she addressed the issue but they all looked @ me & laughed as if it was a joke I ask to speak the guy manager & the female manager kept arguing with me saying that he wasn’t going to talk to me…she never went & told him that I had an issue …I finally asked for a corporate # or any # that I could call for a hire up to help with the situation & she said oh I don’t have a # for you !!!! If anyone knows of a corporate # or anyone that I can reach out to because this needs to be resolved I feel by me being a paying costumer that something should be done about my experience !!!
Placed my order online 20 minutes before showing up also paid for it, only to show up and still wait 15 minutes, I'm done with Burger King the people that work there are clueless I'll be getting Wathaburger from now on. If I could get my money back for my order I would but it's not worth it just want to never eat there again. #whataburgerisbetter
I have absolutely loved the impossible whooper ever since they have launched. I agree it's a bit expensive compared to in-n-out's secret vegan/veggie burger but it does come with that delicious patty though and they're clearly bigger. They're fries are so-so but I'm there for impossible whoopers only
I had my first Impossible Whopper today. Today is the day I realised I can turn vegetarian. Not that I intend to, but I can. I never believed the Impossible claim, but today I am a convert. It tastes exactly like beef. It's a little early to comment on the health and environmental impact of this veg-meat, but on the taste and mouth feel it is everything it is touted to be. As you can see, this review is all about the Impossible Whopper. This is the first time I am going to a Burger King in years. This is the only only reason I'll go back too. This the only reason the rating is four stars. Otherwise it would have been three. Service was subpar. The guy behind the counter had no clue what he was doing. He kept asking for help. The printer didn't work. And I doubt he has ever smiled in his life.
I ordered the King XL meal with a large fries and drink. When I received my food I checked the bag to find a mediums amount of fries in a large box, so I ask them to sell me another since they would not fix it. I paid fo another large fries to be given the same again a half full box of fries. I proceeded to go online and look up Burger Kings Large frys weight and it said they should be 190 grams. I decided to go home and weigh my fries, attached to my review will be pictures of the fries and their weight on my food scale. I drove 30 minutes away to find a good Burger King, and don't get me wrong the burger wqs fantastic, with 4 stars for the burger but 2 stars total for service and ripping off of customers. I never ate any of the fries until I reached home to weigh them, as I have an air frier which makes re-heating fries a delight for me. I do not want anyone fired over this, I want better training and quality control so your store gets more customers and makes more money and in turn serves quality food as promised.
I do not recommend anybody this location. The drive is 24 hours but the young man in the Burger King didn't even bother helping me. One of the associates was outside smoking a cigarette and the other two were just inside doing busy work sweeping, mopping, etc. They still had a line outside in the drive thru as I was leaving and it seem that they weren't getting service either. This location may want to hire people of older age with a more maturity level. Again, I truly DO NOT RECOMMEND this location for anybody. The service is just awful. I was extremely disappointed.
Worst Burger King in the entire planet. Wouldn’t recommend it on my worst enemy. Food is barely cooked microwaved fry’s are stale and disgusting. Service is slow and get items wrong. Gave them three tries with all being let down again and again. Recommend driving further if you want real Burger King!
