We went last night. We found a clean and nice place. It was a surprise. There was a cashier speaking spanish and he was so nice a kind. ThanksFood: 5/5
Order a burger feast meal. Veggie burger, a regular whopper. And it was supposed to come with chicken nuggets and fries. Received the burgers and none of them had any meat. Did not receive the nuggets or fries. Very disappointed. I tried calling several times and it was only 8:15pm and no answer!
Consistently missing things from my orders. I think my name is on their free food list 3 times now due to missing things in my order. during their rush hour, fries missing from my order but do not have doors open for you to go in and rectify things, do not answer the phone for you to rectify the order or even let them know that there was a mistake, called 3 times in a row. Wasn't even given any receipts. This location is not very well organized I understand that it is a family run business, but seriously maybe look outside the family for workers who know what they are doing when putting things into a bag.
In the past month I've stopped by this burger King 10 times at various times during breakfast hours. I am impressed. My hash browns were hot and fresh every. Damn. Time. 100 percent of the time they exceeded expectations. Way to go south elgin!
The workers do not want to do their jobs. I was told I couldn't sub the impossible patty on the patty melt, not even for an upcharge. I then tried to order the impossible whopper with the caramelized onions and was told that nothing could be added to any menu item, just removed. Just go the extra mile to the bk on Randall. This place is NOT worth the hassle.
they charged me for nuggets i asked for with buffalo sauce, gave me neither nuggets nor buffalo sauce but instead a single zesty sauce. not sure how one puts sauce in a bag and not the nuggets
In the recent past month and a half I have had no problem getting my food here and right order each time as should be expected. But unfortunately tonight I was given the wrong order and to add there was no receipt with my bag. I ordered the impossible burger meal and found in my bag the Alaskan fish inside instead. Even the cost per meal us different so I lost money as well. I didn't have the luxury to go back after I had arrived home and get my right order or the time since it's been an extremely long day and I was looking forward to finally relax and enjoy a meal. Disappointed.
im ready, im ready for the ushering in of robotic food service..ive just absolutely had it with this BK location. Same people who work here every time too, they appear as that they could care less if the order is correct or not - its just a literal coin flip, multiple times ive had issues here. its just ridiculous. like please get HR to do something about the service its atrocious.
Can’t make an order correctly! One star but at least the Whopper tasted good to rate it two stars.
Burger King is number one in my book it is an American favorite fast food joint!! Burger King has been a favorite in my family ever since I was a little girl, and that was 50 years ago. And they are still serving up those flame broil burgers like they did 50 years ago. I raise my own family up on their food they are one of our great places to go for burgers!!!
