Do not dine in at this place! It is much more filthy than the pictures show. They were out of tissues. They were out of majority of the food items, which is fine if only they inform you before you order. And with whatever they had, they gave little portions that filled the bowl to just over half. The staff did not seem to care. No more Chipotle, certainly not the one in Chipotle. I hope there is a surprise FDA inspection to the kitchen. I would not be surprised if that is filthy too.
I wish there was another location close to me. This one was awful today and according to the previous reviewer this isn't the first time. 1 my pick up order wasn't ready at 830 despite the order for 8:20. I get they were short staff but they should have the ability to turn off online ordering. 2 absolutely disgusting in there. I couldn't get all the pics because I had my daughter. But let me tell you. Gross! 3 they were out of SEVERAL key items. I believe the girl in front of me left due to their lack of items. I almost left but I had limited options at the time.
Got a chicken burrito with rice and cheese it was ok but everything was compartmentalized. Rice on 1 side chicken on the other and cheese on the bottom. It would have been nice if it was blended betterFood: 3/5
Im vegetarian and always get a bowl with vegetables and beans. There is never an issue with my bowl but when I get a side of the queso that is labeled vegetarian, it’s a hit or miss. This is the 2nd or 3rd time there have been massive chunks of meat in the queso. Quite frankly it’s disgusting. I’m extremely unhappy. I love their queso so I give it a try but this restaurant needs to take more care in limiting cross contamination.
Girl with the purple hair throws, and I mean literally throws, food together a good portion ends up on the floor or counter. Spilled queso all over the cup and didn’t bother to clean it off, just tossed it in the bag and slid it across the counter to me. Not a good experience.
Ridiculous!!! line of 20 people to pick up another line of 20 people to order and only one person behind counter and it’s lunchtime!!! you should organize yourself better chipotle!!! this location is sucks, don’t promise pick up time if you can’t handle it…
Ok so we visited this location years ago when it first opened & it was blah. But decided to retry it, it's really better now. Good flavor to the rice & meat. Definitely will be coming back. The white rice is different but delicious. Oh yeah don't forget the queso dip!!! So good. Also having been to the West Dundee location, this location has better flavor.
What a garbage store. Ordered a bowl with cilantro white rice, and received plain white rice. Ordered a large chips and queso, received a large sour cream and large green salsa.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all! I was there to spend money and eat good food but when the staff doesn’t respect at all, it just doesn’t seem to be the right place to spend money at. I stopped by a restaurant 15 minutes before closing because I was going home after work and this was the only place coming my way, I guess I made mistake. She was just throwing stuff in a bowl whatever I was asking for. I could feel she didn't want her to do that job. Bad staff and very bad service. I’m not going there again!!
The employees there were very unprofessional. I went at 7:30 today and the place was a mess , garbage cans over filled, food not prepared right. Employees not respecting the shift manager. Poor girl tried to get them in order but all they did was pretty much brush it off. Whoever owns or runs the place really needs to get these younger employees in line. Especially when there are customers in the restaurant. So we left and drove to the one in Elgin just pass the hwy. That place was clean and in order no employees bickering.
