Kid said it was delectable and scrumptious. He likes Burger King. The Whopper was good and fresh. They took multiple coupons. Friendly service and brought tray out to table which they did not have to do. Nice.
We ordered through the car service. Then we parked to eat in our car. The whoppers were nice and warm. The fries were crispy and not overdone. There have been times that in other places the food is not as warm. So we appreciated very much today's meal!! Thanks! Food: 5/5
First off, the screen where you can read your order at the drive thru was covered with a promotional sign. Ordered 2 sausage,egg and cheese biscuits and french toast sticks. Received 2 sausage biscuits only and they were dry as dirt! Like they were leftover from yesterday French toast sticks weren't any better. Hard as rocks! And no receipt was in the bag.
Looked at their Google listing and it says they open at 7am on Sundays. I pulled into the drive thru at 710am. Waited a few minutes with no response. I pulled up front and as soon as I pulled into a spot they turned the lights off. I again went to the drive thru. After sitting there for a short time a girl came out the back door and said they don't open until 8. Maybe they should change the hours on their listed. McDonald's is a few doors down and they were open
Amazing value and great location. Updated and clean location and the staff are friendly and quick. Can't go wrong with a King deal with two cheeseburgers, a side salad and a drink, all for under $5.
My service here has always been good. Fast accurate and fresh food. I usually stop here around 4-6pm and wait about 3-7 minutes including the wait in line for my order which is usually just a few orders of fries. My fries are always hot which is amazing but not ideal for my young child's occasional treat . The staff is great and of all my visits only one error was ever made and they were able to quickly fix it
This is one of the best BK's in Rochester. Customer service is something they clearly strive to be great at. Warm greetings, nice attitudes, the food is tasty and doesn't look sloppy, and if there is a wait on your food they always explain what the issue is and how long it will take other places usually just ask you to pull up for your food without knowing how long you'll be waiting. Whatever the Store Manager is doing, keep it going! We go out of our way to visit this BK if we're hungry because we know it will be a good experience.
Good, got the right food and it was hot. Wanted to go through the drive thru but the menu screen wasn't working, had to go inside.
As is typical of Burger King, my order was $3 more expensive than it should have been because they added chicken fries I never asked for using a coupon for something else entirely. Only customer in sight, you can't really mess that up.
Ordered a bacon sourdough sandwich. Bread isn’t even toasted and they gave me sausage even though bacon is on the receipt.
