The service was so good even though they were slammed. Food was just cooked and fresh.  They have the Coke machine that you pick all flavors.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

This is one of the best locations in the Rochester area. Food is always fresh and the employees are polite.  It's good to finally have a Popeye's with great customer service and no attitudes  GREAT WORK!

This location is an absolute train wreck. I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food and they still haven’t come out. When I drove back around through the drive-through to ask and said I’ve been waiting over 20 minutes. They actually argued with me and told me it’s only been 15 minutes. We never even were handed our drinks they were still sitting on the counter. Now I’m being told that the item that we ordered it’s going to take another 5+ minutes. Fast food doesn’t mean 25 minutes with a drive-through at Popeyes. I hope the guy that’s dressed like a pirate actually could bring out food. Yes I’m serious. This place is comical at best.

First of all I have been to Popeyes in a couple of different states. This one is NOT warm and inviting like the others I have been to. The man who took our order had the personality of a wet diaper even when I smiled at him I make a point to do this with most people. I am pretty sure he over charged us. We had to ask for spoons and dipping sauce. We weren’t asked if our order was “to go”  or not. We were planning to eat there and we had to ask for plates only to be told they didn’t have any. He just made it very clear we weren’t welcome. When you work with the public you don’t get to choose who your customers are. We will be calling the corporate office.

The entire restaurant is dirty. There are even cobwebs on the wall next to the counter and the display jars are covered in dust and dirt.  The soda machine was broken. We ordered spicy chicken and got regular.  The staff was not helpful at all. They said that's just how it is.

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 2 chicken sandwiches and received all chicken sandwiches tonight. They were barely luke warm blame grubhub but not having the right order was pretty disappointing.

We ordered a bunch of food tonight from Popeyes. One of those items was a Large coleslaw. We got about a quarter of a large in a large container. We are a family of 5. This only fed two people. I am really disappointed and feel that we got jipped on a large.

I was going to order some food but the bathrooms were so filthy that I was afraid to use the sink... The same thing happened 2 years ago. I did not order food then either.. 2nd chance was a complete failure. New ownership at this location is needed.

The owner of this location needs to really get it together. As soon as I pulled in the lot I was turned off. I was very surprised especially because of the location. It's WORSE than the city locations. Definite turn off. Neck and neck with the lake ave location. NO THANKS!

What a great difference! This is the best service ever. Especially the cashier. And everything was neet and clean. I visited on 09/24/22 around 9:00 PM.
