Dave W. is rude and Hates his job. But I can see why because he was running the drive through and front counter by himself. After PATIENTLY waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes, Dave told me that he didn’t have to serve me since I was “hollering” ; after he told me to speak up because he could’ve hear me -_-. I left the drive-thru speaker, and proceeded inside. Just to wait PATIENTLY another 5-10minutes while Dave frantically tried to take drive-thru orders, front counter orders, and bag his own food. Once it was finally time for me to order, I was livid. I told Dave I was going to complain to corporate because of how rude he was on the speaker. He stated he didn’t care because he has “witnesses” that knows he isn’t rude. Whatever, I left. Got home and sent my husband back to the Burger King because I actually wanted the food. My husband came back home with cold/stale fries, no shake because they didn’t have any, and chicken nuggets or my two year old that were hard as a rock. I still have yet to receive a call back from a manager. Thanks Burger King for the horrible service and horrible food. I definitely won’t be back. Good job sending customers across the street to McDonald’s.
I don't normally go to this Burger King but I'm glad I did. The Cha'King sandwich I ordered was as my 13 year old would say Busin!!!! It was on point!! Everything was hot and fresh. Service was excellent. Would definitely go there again.
Went there today and first thing I notice is no ice drinks will be warm. Ok no problem. Order my food and pull up to the window. After giving them my debit card they got the window open and all you can hear is the two ladies complaining. I hear the lady taking orders complaining about someone ordering. She said omg I hate when people order like this. When I ask what you want don't say um. We don't sell um. I could tell she had an attitude with us at the speaker but I tried to overlook it. But she is just completely rude. I went here twice this week for the new garlic burger. The first time they were handling issues with their staff and asked if we could give them 5/10 minutes. We just left. The next day I went to another location and they said they don't have that burger yet. So I tried this location today and of course they don't have it. So I had to order something else. I ask for no lettuce and not tomatoes on my sandwich. Instead I get no lettuce and no onions. But apparently my husband didn't get onions either so maybe they were out. But also our fries were over cooked like they just reheated old fries. This place needs to just close down.
It's about what you'd expect from any burger joint. It's fast, and it's food. The bacon king; however... is massive! And delicious, seriously, come hungry. This thing is almost 2000 calories... but it does need a little work. Way too much condiments, the burger could be much better if the whole thing didn't taste like ketchup
my girl was satisfied but hey shes simple when it comes to food, I take mine a little more personal. First is the drive thru guys attitude like I get it I was forced to move around during the pandemic myself but don't take it out on customers because your an unhappy guy. Second is I stay less then 5 minutes down the road and her food is hot where mine is Luke warm. Third is the weird gelatinous material fried with my onion rings like I deadass can't trust unidentifiable food. I will post pics. and fourth is whoever is manhandling the sandwiches can you not leave your fuqing hand print darn sammich is practically smashed. and last but not least check the coolers or change your pans because I got 1 fresh and 1 soggy tomato. I will be back in a couple weeks to update my review. I don't expect a chef but I do expect quality, and the least the people that serve the food can do is respect that quality. Parking: I just needed a separate spot to say turn your drive thru sign on. because the lights are dim
Terrible food and terrible service. I don’t complain often because I’m in customer services industry… but the fact that they talk to their customers the way they do.. the prices on the food, alone should give me hot food. It was all cold even with a long wait, the pop was flat and sour. I will never return to BK again.
This Burger King is a STAIN on the Southgate community. Every single time my family wants food from this location they are out of everything! Today they were out of cheese sticks , chicken, fries, Hershey pie, the New Mexican queso sandwich, sauce and said I was not allowed to order a large coke. On a regular day there’s no ice. The appearance of the outside is awful. The staff is always irritated when you order anything and they get more of an attitude when they are out of something and you order it. Give it up and close down. Sincerely Karen !!!
Check your order before leaving, the service is quick but details might be missed. I ordered & was charged for French toast sticks i never got. But the food was tasty
The Worst Impossible Burger EVER! This hard brick should've been thrown away and not served. The cooks need to take a class on how to cook the impossible meat because it is not beef and shouldn't be cooked as long. Fast food workers want $15 an hour but cant grill a pattie. This location has become the worst.
