The service was outstanding as well as the food. I got a avo Cobb salad -croutons and was pleasantly surprised that I ACTUALLY got a whole avocado instead of slivers as was expected. My friend ordered an adult freckled lemonade along with a BBQ bacon cheeseburger and a half stackshorty of onion rings. We both agreed that our choices were excellent and well worth the price. My only issue was that the onion rings fs were fried too hard. Scrubbed the roof of my mouth, but the gigantic Mudd pie fixed that real quick. It was so big that between us both we still had some left over, we couldn't finish it and because it was ice cream we couldn't take it with us. But I don't regret anything about my visit to this RED Robin Location
My daughter's new favorite place. She gets the gluten-free bun every time. This time I tried the pretzle bun with beer cheese and my husband got something with relish. everything was good, and I always love the bottomless fry's, salad, and freckled lemonade. Dietary restrictions: Gluten and dairy
Food was good I enjoyed the shareable appetizers plenty for a party of four adults. They had a great drink selection for the adults and even for young adults. My waitress was good and she was very attentive to us and the other tables also. All in all it was a good dinning experience. Only problem was the scan the table QR code to see a menu. I eat at a restaurant so I don't have to look at my phone usually. Kid-friendliness: I had seen a very large family with children and can say that they had good portions and good choices.
Came back to the same location. Food presentation is good. Clean inside and out. A bit pricey. Our server was pleasant and attentive. My burger was flavorful, no wow factor for me. Fries were cold. Not really impressed. Also the refill on the drink is smaller
Where's the beef? I expected more out of a $14 hamburger. While the fries were great and the hamburger tasted good I didn't expect the patties to be so thin. Hence the 3 stars. Waitress was great but sorta busy. It's been almost 6 years since I've went to Red Robin
Was there around noon on a Thursday. It was not very busy. Service was very cheerful and nice. Food was great. I had a burger and fries. Unlimited fries is a great bonus. Also had the Mud Pie. It was great too. Added bonus, you get a free burger and fries on your birthday
Second time I've been at this location in the last couple of months. Used to eat here every week before Covid and it was great, no complaints. My issue now isn't with the food but the waitstaff. They not all of them can be seen standing around socializing while we've been at our table, waiting an unreasonable amount of time for our food and drink refills. Tonight, when I requested a refill on my drink, the wait was so long I had to get up myself and get it, plus the bartender had to get the other condiment I requested earlier. This was similar to what I experienced when I ate at this location a few months ago.
Service was good and wife enjoyed her food. Apparently management decided I don't know what fish is supposed to taste like and wouldn't recook my over cooked fish. Oh well, won't be going back there anytime soon. Guess they are busy enough to not worry about customers being happy.
My teenager and I came in for our favorites a couple of hours before closing and the food was hot, prepared as requested, and delicious. The service was prompt and friendly as well, our server checked in on us just enough to be attentive without making us feel rushed. Unfortunately she had trouble running the phone number for our Red Robin Royalty rewards, but it was such a good experience overall that it wasn't that big of a deal. Even if I'd had a free burger reward and I may or may not have I was happy to pay full price for the good experience. This will be our Red Robin of choice from now on!
Good place to get a burger and you cant beat the endless fries. Our server was attentive and nice. Overall great experience.
