My order was made fresh... I ate it right away ... Yummy !! Place looks Run Down.. Needs some Remodeling... But I love the Service here... The Staff was extremely helpful.. And Brought my Meal to my Table.
Very unprofessional Workers they don't follow Basic procedures, don't wear Gloves, there cold food isn't kept cold they just leave it then mix it in with the next batch, there cooks and Workers are immigrants who discriminate against non Mexicans. They often have complaints about there food but Management is a Joke and ignore everything. Bad work environment and worse for anybody who eats there food. The place needs to be shut down and inspected. As a Former employee one of many who tried to improve the food and work conditions it's a very toxic and lazy work environment. People often complain about old and cold food. Missing or wrong orders due to lazy and Uncaring cooks and Managment. Managers and Workers Ofter come in intoxicated due to poor work conditions.
It's a good place to take a break from cooking good deals even better if you have coupons,chocolate chip cookies are tasty.
There is one thing I get from Burger King and I think they make it the best and it’s not the burgers is there chicken. I like the taste of it and I like the texture.
This location was very slow for being a fast food restaurant, I spent 30 out of 40 min of my lunch break waiting for just a burger that was under satisfactory in taste. There was only one group ahead of me. On previous days where there was more people with less wait time.
The food is ok but this location is worst and worst each day. The people even the manager never greet you. Never say thank you, and you can be waiting there for several minutes while they help car after car in the drive thru. Add that to the fact that it's the only fast food restaurant that doesn't serve breakfast all day, and it makes you decide to go somewhere else. The restaurant is old, the women restroom has a gap in the door that leaves no privacy.
I'm torn by writing this post because the staff that was there, 3 employees altogether, did their best to get food out, take orders and do the drive thru. Kudos, but waited for the food to be made, the chicken tenders a little extra crispy and dirty bathroom that I had to wait to get a token to go in immediately after I ordered. But when I asked if I could get a token so my son could use it, I was told it was busy. Could be, I didn't see anyone come out of WC but oh well. The many transient people who hang out outside of the restaurant makes me not want to come back with my son, one girl just kept circling the cars parked outside. But once again kudos to the single employee handling the grill by herself.
Place is a shell of its former self, needs a huge upgrade. There was no water available and the soda wasnt chilled. Very disinterested. The meat looks like they put it in the microwave. I had a horrible time here with no drink. Need to fix asap.
