In-N-Out never disappoints. Food is always freshly cooked, quality is consistent, and the service is fast and friendly. The only downfall is that lots of others agree. Usually, there is always someone leaving, and staff is quick to clean tables, but you need to move fast to get it. On this occasion, there were a lot of people from a soccer tournament nearby, so it was VERY crowded and noisy. Food took a little longer than usual, but during the wait, we were able to get a table. Staff worked like a well-oiled machine and didn't seem fazed by the high pressure to get food out quickly, and it was wonderful as always.

Definitely a 10 of 10 dining experience! They were running out of coffee when I ordered my coffee. As a solution, they served me what they have left right away and then checked in with me several times to make sure my cup is fully filled when the new pot of coffee is available. Great customer service!

I love In-N-Out, but this location is not very good, it’s one of sketchier location and kinda lowers the standard for In-N-Out, but still the food is amazing 10/10 So I would suggest just going through the drive through and eating in your cat instead of dining in

Customer service is amazing like all the in n outs. But man it was freezing!!! I asked if they could turn the temperature up but they explain how it was set at a fixed temp.  I had to eat in my car.  Other than that no issues.Food: 5/5

just had to write this because  i had a BAD DAY WEDNESDAY i really had the SIMPLEST order possible and they still messed up!!!!! they gave me the wrong change to which cannot be possible, THE CHANGE WAS ON THE SCREEN HOW DO YOU MESS UP!!!?!?!?! everyone be careful her name is Victoria and she has red hair as of the day Wednesday!!! i already posted to my Facebook because we can't let her get away! #FIREVICTORIA  Parking: packed

This In-N-Out has been here as long as I can remember great quality food, fast service and  employees are friendly. The restrooms are clean, tables are clean and their definitely being safe when it comes to this pandemic. I will definitely be back of course.

There are 3 items on the drive through menu. Crazy how they still messed up the menu... didn't realize until I got home; as usual. But how do you give a bad review to an In N Out burger, right?

It’s unfortunate that the Monterey Park In N Out is so far! The quality here went down. I ordered extra lettuce and they barley put any. Maybe they have a lettuce shortage. Every other IN N Out they hook it up !
