I'm sick at home in bed and my husband just ran out to grab Burger King for our family's lunch. The service was quick, which is why I rated two stars. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese and I'm not sure what I received. Whatever it is, had bacon and tortilla chips and some sort of Mexican sauce on it and no cheese. It had definitely been sitting for over an hour because the lettuce was slimy and curled up wilted.   The bun was soggy and brown and the wrapping paper was completely greasy on every part of it. The entire sandwich was ice cold. The Burger King is 10 minutes away and there's no way I'm going to make my husband run back up and exchange it for the right sandwich. It's very upsetting when you go out of your way to go to a place and they cannot get the order right. And what they served me was beyond foul. I can't believe they would serve a sandwich that had been sitting that long let alone it being the completely wrong order.

This is the best burger king I've ever been to. They give me salt, extra sauce packets, napkins and never forget my straw! The fries are always crispy and the food is cooked well. I love burger king!

We ordered for our team at work.  When we got back to work we were missing 2 sandwiches of the 6 we ordered.  3 of the sandwiches were supposed to have bacon on them, yet no bacon on any of them. The BBQ bacon Chicken sandwich came with mustard, ketchup, pickles and no bacon. Last time we dine here.   Terrible customer service.

The difference between McDonald's and burger king is Walk in dine in. Don't know why this place as goes the same as long John silver's, and taco bell but my guess is it's a socialist fast food places where they follow the rules of the Lefts. Keep politics out!! I'll never again eat at this or anywhere else "Burger King" again

Twice in a month of screwing up my order is beyond comprehension. Single Quarter pounder with cheese, pickle, tomatoes. Onions and lettuce,  plus my sides.  How difficult is that screw up?  Not very 15 dollars an hour of them

Service is slow, the whopper meat was old and crispy, the fries were old and cold, use to be such a nice place too go for good food but not anymore. Peace.

Asked for no lettuce on my fish sandwich.  Got lettuce and pickles on it.  The person at the window even asked if had the no lettuce order.Food: 3/5

This place is usually pretty good, but this time I ordered the Italian Original Chicken sandwich. It should have Marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. This one came with American cheese and ketchup. I am not joking. It's like they ran out of the ingredients and just used what they had. It was gross.  Edit: Every time I've been here since had been good. The food has been correct and the people are friendly. Adding a star.

I've been ordering hamburgers from this location about once every 2 months for the past 2 years.  Without exception, the patties were either room temperature or cold, and I had to heat them up at home.  Side items are always nice and hot.  Not once did I get a cheeseburger that was warm enough to melt the cheese.  This isn't a case of bad luck, but is consistent over a period of two years.  I will not be visiting this location again.
