Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite. Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.  Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.  All of these lovely ladies are the reason we come back to this location specifically. We are from Ross, OH. Please be sure these lovely ladies know how appreciated they are.

This is one of the best Chick-fil-A locations in the country!  I travel for work and have eat an at hundreds of them in dozens of states around the country and this location is head and shoulders above the rest.  From the monster fresh sandwich to the immaculate clean dining room, super fast and friendly service from the staff it was simply amazing.  Good job crew!

Food and service were great. Fast and delicious.  Not five star due to the manager/shift lead or whatever belittling employees out in the open. That's not good management and she should be reprimanded, not only for maltreatment of employees, but doing so in front of customers. You could certainly feel the animosity and tension. The young man at the counter was having some serious anxiety issues like he was afraid to make the smallest mistake. I do not appreciate that kind of atmosphere.  To the workers here, you're all doing great. You are all valued and appreciated.  To whoever the lady is that was "in charge" on 5/4/2024 at around 4 PM, you should be ashamed of yourself. Hope you treat the employees under you better in the future.

Always a good time and good food at Chick-fil-A. My breakfast burrito was as good as always. Service is always friendly and rarely do we have to wait long. Store was clean and not too busy. The dining room was open but we decided to sit out on the patio since it was so nice outside.

Taste of spicy chicken sandwich is different from other location. Chicken piece little bit less cooked.Food: 3/5

I was able to call with no notice and get 100 sandwiches and fries ordered, they had everything ready within 30 minutes! Everyone was friendly and helped carry everything out to my car. The food was great and everyone at work was happy! This was hands down the best customer service I have ever received. The entire staff that was working 2/2/24 did a fantastic job.

I ordered an 8 piece grilled nuggets. The person who took my order asked what drink I wanted but did not ask what side I would like.  I asked if it came with a side and she said “yes it comes with fries but you can get any of the other side items.” I ordered fruit and when I paid I l realized it was a $3 extra for the fruit. I don’t care about paying $3 for fruit but there was no verbiage from the employee that there was an extra charge. Maybe just make sure the employees verify with the customer that it comes with fries but they can get another side for an up charge. The food is good but I know some people might care that they get charged for something they weren’t told there would be a charge for.

It was cold morning 3/25/2024. The time was 10:32am and alas, McDonalds stopped serving breakfast. I rushed over to Chick Fil A to see if they could help. It was past their time as well but no complaints and they gave us a chicken mini basket of 40 really fast! Best experience ever!Food: 5/5

I love Chick fil A!  They are so clean...so organized...so friendly.  I dont know how they pump so many people through both their drive thru and inside lines but they do it!  My chicken was tasty as always and my soup was warm and creamy.
