If I would give half a star i would. The people working there are sooo rude. All establishments be it original nor franchise should offer if not 100 atleast 90% of the regulations/ customer service. I just drove to the drive through asked for the 2 for 10 special asked for large fries instead of small and milk instead of soda which i have been doing since the promotion started and i was charged extra which i don't mind. The lady taking my order said no it's not possible and that no other Burher king does that. I told her it is possible and that i do have a receipt proving so. The manager took the receipt looked at it and said. Well we don't do that here and you can go back to the same store you got it . She had the ordasity to look me in the eyes and tell me that and walked way. I didn't get anything i just drove off. Never going back there.
Couldn't believe how poor the customer service was incredible left the drive through to finally go in my take out bag the fries room temperature the sandwich was the same as well as the mozzarella sticks both were over cooked my second bad experience there I guess that means shame on me
Food nothing to say, all excellent. Raised prices. Cleaning tables never goes by anyone to clean between one customer and another, often that's what I see.Food: 5/5
From my past experiences the members of this burger king knows how to season and cook their fries. Normally I just get a large fry, which some might think is weird, but they know what they are doing in this location. Stay amazing, bk team of North Olden
It's says open til 12 am but it's 1130pm and they are close. Drive thru and all.I literally just stopped by.. go to Wendy's they're open when they say.
I'm a Burger King guy. The only thing better at McDonald's are the fries.Food: 4/5
This place is terrible people working inside are consistently rude af they close the drive through between 9:30-10:00 pm while google says they are open till 11-sometimes midnight. They make their own hours. The food is consistently gross. The parking lot is trashed and falling apart landscaping is nonexistent the place just looks so run down. They need to do better or close period.

Sooo the picture doesn't look Appetizing. But the Burger was actually good. French fries were on point.
