They don't address the app. when a mistake like a charge has been made. The manger & workers aren't solution-focused, helpful or apologetic. Other locations have way better service. This one is unprofessionally run.  So either be prepared to argue about your order or take your business elsewhere. My family and I have chosen the latter. After going twice in 1 year, we are done with this location

Love their spicy 3 piece chicken combo. Reasonable price for a 3 piece chicken, side of your choice and a small drink of your choice. Friendly staff.

I don’t do these reviews but i couldnt stay silent about this place… Even upon entering the store the wait is ridiculous, it took 10 mins before shouting excuse me for someone to acknowledge myself & another customer who was standing there at the counter. Manager is talking on the phone, laughing back turned.. i had to wait extra 8-10 mins for fries and biscuits because they ran out with 7 employees in the kitchen some doing nothing but standing there & giggling. If it wasn’t for picking up an order to deliver I would have not wasted my time & energy on a place like this.

I live in the area and have visited this Popeyes for years however recently the crispy spicy chicken has gone to rubbish, it is dry, overcooked, decidedly not edible. So that is the end of my visits there.

They always get the order wrong and management is very incompetent. The chicken and fries tasted like they don’t clean/change the oil. Try your luck at a different establishment.

They actually listen to your order.csnt say the same for the fast food restaurants across and next to it. Popeyes here arent hard headedFood: 4/5

Yesterday Saturday the 27 of August 2022  time 12:00 i had the worst experience buying chicken from Popeyes this manager an Hispanic lady grown woman slam a window in my face didn’t give me back my bank card no receipt I try to call out to her she completely ignored me now I don’t have a bank car to do my business, this is the second time am having a issues there they throw the food through the window ,am wondering who hired this pigs to serve food ….. I hope she didn’t spit or put garbage in my food…. Need my card am never going back

I ordered 3 pc tenders, ranch and Buffalo, coke no ice. They gave me 3 pc wings ranch with honey and coke with ice. Everything is wrong.

This location is horrible. I sat in a line for a half an hour for drive through only for them to tell me they were out of tenders at the window and not while I was fricking ordering
