My personal experience the day I went was great. I went through the drive thru. The cashier's at both windows were polite. At the second drive thru window I was told my order was not done cooking and that I needed to park and that they would bring my order out to me. I waited under five minutes. When I received my food I could tell it was freshly cooked and brought out to me pretty quickly after it was done. I gave five stars because if I have to wait for an order all the food should be just cooked and the order should be correct...

My personal experience that day was great. It was clean. No one yelling. Whopper tasted just like I remembered as a child. Friendly prompt service. Employee came to each table asking if all was well. And, Wi-Fi ready. Remember as you read ANY REVIEW of any place. Its the experience of that person at that time. Good or bad.

This Burger King is usually good, but today was a total disappointment.  The person who took our order was not pleasant or friendly in any way.  Not quite rude, but you could tell she would rather not be helping us.  Fries were just barely done, pale and not crispy, they forgot the cheese on my sandwich, there was no ketchup out to use, all of which might be excused except there was only one other customer who came in right after us. The place was dead quiet.  We were not offered anything more that a "sorry" about my food either.  Pretty lame experience.

Ordered two sausage egg and cheese buscuits. Was given two sausage egg and cheese croissants. Drove a block out and realized their mistake. Went back to the drive through and someone i believe was the cook comes out and says they were out of buscuits so he put in croissants instead. Who does that!!!!???
