Customer service was absolutely terrible (12/27/2017) I stood at the counter for several minutes before I was even acknowledge and then it still took a little while before someone would even serve me. It also took 10-15 before my order was even ready and from how it looked to me they weren't even busy. There were two other people inside and when I pulled up to go inside there were two cars at the drive-threw. I was not pleased at all and will not hurt my feelings if I never go back. Because after I ordered and the gentleman behind me order we got our pop and stood and waited another couple came in and had to wait just like I had to before they acknowledge them.

By far the absolute worst fast food place in Dickinson. I have never seen the wait time for 10 nuggets and a large fry take half an hour, but that's the service level provided consistently by this store. They spent a fortune updating the store and I am so sad they have such a terrible staff. They don't know how to properly prepare the food on the menu, this is a problem that could be corrected with training employees correctly and thoroughly. The wait time is unacceptable and will continue to alienate your customer base, continue to ruin your reviews on social media and you will definitely lose business. Franchisee needs to step up and clean house.

Floors and tables were filthy! When we couldn't find a clean table I asked the cashier for a clothe which he came and cleaned the table we chose. But never cleaned any other table or the smashed french all over the floor. He seemed more interested in the conversation going on between the employees. I should mention there was no other customers. Food was typical for fast food. Totally unimpressed would not recommend to anyone.

Food was good. Dinning room was really nasty, but when I asked them if someone had a moment their dinning room needed help. Someone came and wiped tables down. Not a bad place they just need help.
