First of all, the cashier spent 10 minutes ignoring the line while she was on her phone, then went to the person behind me and didn’t even realize I had been standing there. Then she proceeds to argue with me about the receipt survey for the free whopper with purchase, which was extremely annoying. Lastly, the whopper was thrown together and the meat was a bit grey. The lettuce was a bit brown. Fries packed very sparse for a large. Not worth the trip at all, customer service was horrible.

For being short handed w. Only 2 people on duty does amazing everytime we come! Dalton is always so friendly and so kind!! We will always wait the extra minutes to get our stuff because of understanding how hard it is being short staffed... they deserve a raiseFood: 5/5
Went to drive thru and ordered an original chicken sandwich. Chicken was cold, dry and edges hard. I think it was cooked yesterday. The lettuce was wilty and the sandwich overall was disappointing. The attendant needs to practice pronouncing words as her English was terrible.Food: 1/5
Went thru drive thru.. ordered a Canadian. Bacon whopper meal … for almost $13.00 —- got home to find a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon strips … disappointed for $13.00 to not get a whopper … from “home of the whopper… I called they said if you want to come back we will replace it …. I’m already home —- so can’t do that… No one in the restaurant and only one person in line behind me giving an order .. .. waste of money … and I don’t have money to waste !!!
Darn hurricane Milton, they are price gouging, charging way more for their food than normal. Sad evil that they are doing this on time of need wow they need to come shut that place down a boy cot charging for ham egg cheese croissant with soda 9 dolllars they are going to get in trouble for that do not buy from this burger king I will be reporting them
Trash. Hours are a lie. They are too lazy to actually stay open until midnight in the dining room. That would mean they have to clean it again after people leave. What a bunch of rejects they are. Sad to see good establishments ruined by tainted workers.Food: 1/5
Apparently you guys close at 10 even when online says way later and you have employees with their back to the window talking and telling us they are closed. There is only one lady there that is nice everyone else is just rude and looks dirty. Chewing food licking their fingers and making drinks. The soda machines smell like mildew.Food: 1/5
I didn’t realize I had to let the cashier know about my coupon before pulling up to the payment window and the unwelcoming behavior from whom I’m assuming was the shift manager and the cashier was unbelievable. I’m so sorry for making a mistake as I have never used a coupon at Burger King before but this was ridiculous, and it took less than 30 seconds for them to fix the price but they still seemed visibly annoyed with me. My food tastes fine, but those women need to check their attitudes when talking to another person. Rude for no reason.
Never have issues with my orderd here. For fast food, it gets the job done. Dalton is one of the best, his service is great! He's so kind and helpful.Food: 4/5
