First time going there was yesterday! The staff super friendly, I was recommended the chicken bacon ranch and the sub came out soooo goood. I had to go back today and get another one and let me just say this is now my new sub place lol great subs, good portions, great prices! Shout to the staff at this location for always going above and beyond

Got free Hook and Ladder sub by T-Mobile. Very good. Wife likes it, far better than Jimmy John's.Food: 5/5

Was on my way after work to run some errands and was hungry so I pulled into the shopping center hoping they were open. I’ve stopped by a few times and due to the lack of help they have been closed. I was extremely happy they were open. From the moment I opened the door and walked in they were greeting me and making me feel welcomed. I ordered a medium club on a sub on wheat bread. I ate lunch there the restaurant was clean. While I was eating I’m assuming he was the manager stopped by to make sure everything was good. They have really great selection of sandwiches. It’s said to see them having to be closed at certain times due to lack of help. Hopefully they are able to return to normal business hours but make sure you stop by when they are open and enjoy one of their amazing sandwiches.

Fast n friendly! No pics today. I forgot : but I had the steak n cheese sub, was delicious! The tea is the best!

The bread they use for the subs is very good. Fast and friendly service+good subs= satisfied customer!Food: 5/5

Been to 2 other locations,  food, quality,  and presentation  was excellent.  This location not so much. Employees didn't seem as though they cared to be there , done sloppy work on making subs , and poor presentation . Adk for a little extra rach on sub and when I opened it , ranch was dripping everywhere.

Too bad they can’t keep hours. Say they open at 10am on Google now their door says 10:30z they don’t unlock the door just look at you. So what are the real hours?? They open when they feel like it! 3 employees inside. Third time I’ve went during their business hours and it’s early closed early, closed today, excuse no employees.. but they are staring at me lol at the door. Town and country is much better a further drive but worth it. They actually like customers!

I needed this in my life today! The service was very polite and prompt. I had a loaded clubhouse and a cup of loaded potato soup. They were both amazing! The white bread was soft and didn't crumble or fall apart. Overall sub was very tasty and so worth getting it the way it comes. The soup was delicious with plenty of potato chunks and bacon. Definitely go and also support our firefighters!

I really do not like to do this but I have never had such a big problem like I did today. Now this is coming from someone that has been going to this location probably 4x a month... Granted I have to checkout as a guest because somehow my phone number is registered in the system, even though I have no clue as to what email it could possibly be associated with.  I placed my order around 11ish, to be picked up at 145 today. Was buying for a few of my coworkers lunch even. Upon retrieval and distribution, all of our subs were COLD AND SOGGY. As though they had been waiting since 11 when the order was placed.. It was awful. I can only hope the next time I decide to visit this establishment, that it will be the amazing sub I have come to know and love, prior to today's events.
