Every time I come to this location and order a burger, EVERY TIME, it will have onions on it when I order it no onion. So I stopped going there for burgers. Today i got chicken fries and nuggets, they are both obviously old, not hot, and soggy. Done with this location. I'll drive the extra few minutes to the one on Colerain that has amazing food and service every time.

Messed up my order twice and I didn't even get an apology for my wait. They are always slow and messing up my order. But my new crispy chicken sandwich is always fresh.

This had to have been the worst experience at any fast food restaurant that I've had. The stafff was rude. I paid for 2 burgers and only got one. The burger I did receive was undercooked. The onion rings I had were hard. I ended up throwing my entire order away. Definitely the last time I eat at this location.

I pulled up in the drive-thru. I sat for a few minutes and repeatedly said, "hello". No one answered. I drove around to the window and the employees were in there talking to me another. One had headphones in her ear. I blew the horn to get their attention but they were to busy talking to pay attention. I never have a pleasant experience at this location. It's extremely ghetto. I came tonight because I wanted something quick and instead was inconvenienced. Needs new management or new employees.

The only reason I'm giving it one star is because it won't allow me to give zero. BY FAR the worst fast food place I've ever visited. Drove around to the drive-thru, and was told (via the speaker) that they weren't taking orders and I'd have to come inside. When I drove back around the building, the person who told me this was none other than the drive-thru guy who was outside taking an extended smoke break. Cannot anyone else man the drive-thru when he's gone? Went inside, and it was a good 10 minutes before I could order (girl behind the counter was more concerned with walking into the dining area and talking with her boyfriend). After I finally ordered and was given my food, I had to ask for a drink cup (it's self serve) and the amount of attitude I received when I asked for this was simply unacceptable. Will NEVER bring my business here again.
