I normally enjoy BK, but this visit my wife had an issue with how her order was handled.  She ordered no Mayo on her sandwich.  She stood at the counter and watched the guy in back put mayo on her bun.  She informed the girl at the register, who then ran back and told the guy.  Instead of getting a new bun, he scraped the mayo off with a knife and used the same bun.   The bun was pretty saturated with the mayo as he basically spread it in with the knife as he scraped.  Fortunately, my wife isn't allergic to mayo, but what if someone was.  Pretty sad service.

The fish sandwiches  were horrible. I use to love them. It was old fish, and it. Didn't taste good. Can no longer say it was a big fish. McDonald's fish is good. Will continue to go to McDonald's.

They seem to always forget the cookies when you order them. I've had that happen over 3 times. But very friendly, good food and good coupons. Just check your bag at the window!

Standard BK options but just extremely caring staff when we filled up on energy before our Amusement park visit :)

This place does good job on food but the staff sucks. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Zorita or whatever her name was, was completely rude. Yelling across the resturant.  Manger Mrs. Anne was helpful but towards the end of my visit was RUDE. Manger Vanessa was very nice and that was the only enjoyable experience. If you want rude service go ahead and go there.
