In my opinion, probably the best chinese in Ottawa. Take-out only. They do delivery and pickup through Just Eat.

Will not order from this place, and will spread the word around the downtown Ottawa area about this Terrible situation.By far the worst experience I've had ordering Chinese food . After waiting almost an hour and a half for our food ( and calling to inquire about the time after and hour) driver showed up with no payment machine . Was told to keep the food but he would come back in a hour with the credit card machine . 
We said that was unacceptable since it was now 9:15pm and our night had been wasted waiting on them already. Gave the food back and he left . 
Unprofessional and unable to deliver 4 items on a Wednesday evening in a timely fashion seems a little bit ridiculous to me .  
How does a delivery driver forget a payment machine. We will never order from them again .

I love the food here. I sub out the fried rice for plain white rice and there's no fuss. Wonton soup is a tad bland but still decent.

I drove there one night because it was really late and most other restaurants were closed. One of the windows is boarded up, and the restaurant looks really sketchy. I drove away and went to find a nicer-looking place.

Poutine is probably one of the best I've had. Sometimes, the wait time can be long for other items, but, overall not bad; definitely worth a shot if you're considering it!
