I waited 10 minutes at the counter and then waited 5 more for the order. People were wandering around like they had no leadership or direction. 9 people were also standing in line waiting for food. biscuits were not made and we were told we would have to wait at least 10 minutes for them. I'm discusted with the service and no mention was made of compensation for my time waisted waiting for my food. Ill be going next store to McDonald's from now on.

Food was ok. Chicken parm was actually pretty good. My reasons for 2 stars is that they NO highchairs, NO boosters, NO baby changing station. This place was 'remodeled' but the play area was disgusting, so much dust and dirt and filth above the netting, the platforms were covered in old sticky gunk and all bent up. The play area was not new at all. It was like it was ripped out of an old abandoned 90's BK and put there without cleaning it. It was the weekend so I expext a little dirt and sticky hand prints but that's Not what this was. And the floors are pretty slippery #dangerous!! #notfamilyfriendly
