If I could give them a zero and still post, or maybe a negative number, that's all they deserve!!! I offered a family chili supreme 3 times in a row and it wad missing a container of chili one time..... half the condiments another, and all of the condiments a 3rd!!! I called and politely explained and the manager sent need 2 coupons for the problems.....upon returning for the free chili, the order wad again incorrect BOTH times....I have them the benefit of the doubt and returned.... again they forgot ALL OF THE CONDIMENTS....I returned and explained that they had forgotten and they said they remembered me and would handle it at the window....i waited 10 minutes for service and was given a bag...... what an idiot I was !!! returned home assuming they had handled the mistake only to find out they have me the condiments footer one regular size! I called angrily and explained that they CONSTANTLY DO THIS Ann's I wad told they would send 2 mote coupons for free chilli so I did not return for a 3rd trip too pick up the remaining condiments....i talked to a little prick that pretended to be a manager and the coupons never came!! I'm done with this hell hole and the IDIOT general manager who obviously does not know how to hire people that can't add up to 4!!! Screw you culvers of west bend.... you absolutely suck!!!! And to the general manager.... find a new line of work you idiot!!!!!!

I went threw the drive threw ordered a cheese burger and fries. I could have went into Apple bees and ordered food ate it sand walked out faster. Horrible!

Food is good. Ice is awesome.. Never had a bad experience here. if something isn't right. The staff will be more then happy and try to make it right...
