The customer service is actually trash. (update a month later, even worse customer service than before, somebody get this blonde girl out of there) next time I'm throwing my food back in the window If you don't like your job then quit, it's not anyone elses fault you still work fast food.

I just had the most absurd experience at this Burger King. It was 11:05pm and the lobby door was open, so I walked in. After a minute or so, a worker came out and told me that the lobby was closed. He told that I could, however, go through the drive thru and they could serve me. Since we walked over from our hotel next door, we walked outside to the drive thru. To my shock, the drive thru attendant refused to serve us because we were not in a vehicle! We literally had to walk back next door, get out car and drive 200 feet to be served. What poor customer service and a horrible waste of gas! At least the food was hot.

went through drive thru tonight to order food for my family, and although it was a big order, my food was hot, and the service was quick. the Asian girl at the window has the funniest laugh and she was very sweet to my kids and gave my daughters crowns. nice customer service at this burger king.

Great bk! Very friendly staff, fast service. I feel like the food is just a bit better here!

Staff is very kind, food is ready from three to five minutes. Orders are made right, and taste great. The white lines need to be painted again. Lol
