This is actually a review for the ribeye burger. I got the all-american and was fairly impressed with it all said. When I got it I thought it was going to be dry because there was little sauce on it but the burger patty was juicy and holds up on its own. It's a better patty than the basic red robin burger for less. You probably wouldn't realize it's fast food if you got it on a plate. Would get it again.

They have a convenient drive thru' with indoor seating as well. It's always very quick & efficient. There's free parking & it is wheelchair accessible too, with public restrooms. The food is good & there's a great selection.

Eh. So other than the ribeye burger, which was delicious, everything else on the menu is sub par. I usually get a jumbo jack or a sourdough jack and the toppings are a joke. I'm not sure where the lettuce comes from but it's usually the gross white part of the lettuce and there's more lettuce than burger. Haven't seen green lettuce in quite a while. The burger itself is usually overcooked or is so dry it tastes like it's been reheated. Fries are always great, but that's because their guarantee is hot fries. The staff is nice at the window, but incredibly unprofessional when they're not directly at the window. There's usually super loud rap music playing in the background, employees sitting on the counter playing on their phones and the uniforms of the cooks are unkept with their butts hanging out. I only continue to visit because I have yet to get sick from the food and it's one of the only places open after midnight.

I usually never have any problems with the store but this particular evening this is about 11 p.m. october 21st, I had a young lady take my order and when I got to the window took my money then she handled food and other things with the same pair of gloves on while I was waiting and I confronted her and telling her that she was to wash your hands, change her gloves and for her to get new food. Regardless she has a cut finger or not and she's wearing gloves she should always change gloves every time she handles money or anything else that does not do with food before she handles food again.
