I'm not a huge fan of Burger King but because my brother suggested it I just went along. And worst mistake ever it's too early in the afternoon for Gisselle to be giving people attitude and slick remarks for no reason. This is why customers are disrespectful because of employees attitude like yours. The only reason why I didn't feed into the disrespect Is because it was too early for one and 2 I just didn't see the point. And then you made me reverse the car because of your time ? I don't care about your time going up you should've had my order correct in the first place instead of giving me attitude and then you stated you don't care oh as soon as 5'oclock hits your out here ? Omg the disrespect well I hope your manager reads this and approaches you to respect your customers in a better way thank you

Great employees some of them my food is always hot and ready i love going threw the drive thur because I get great service Monday-friday

They don't give you fresh food. You ask for fresh off the grill or fresh out the dryer when ordering. You get old food. All they care about is meeting the time requirements for each order. They don't even offer to fix the issue that they screwed up on. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! STAY FAR FROM THIS ONE!!

My review is in contrast to most of the other reviews here. I visited this store on a Sunday, during lunch. The drive thru was busy but there was no one at the counter. Inside I ordered a burger combo and was pleasantly surprised that the food was served quickly, hot and the fries were fresh. Interestingly, the manager greeted me when I came in and she was facing forward with a smile. I always suggest that staff should never leave a customer at the counter wondering when they're going to be served. This store gets many points just for that simple aspect of customer service. This store loses points largely because of its age. Built in 1989, this location was one of corporate BK's prime locations many years ago. However the store has gone through many remodels and today it's owned by GoldCo, a large BK franchisee. The dining room is in pretty poor shape, showing its age with several items in disrepair. The bathroom was clean, and in fact, the manager was servicing the dining room when I left. This location gets points for its quality service and food. But loses much with a dated, poorly maintained location.

The time says closed at midnight /12am I drove there got there at 11:38 pm n the drive through thing said sorry we are closed please come back in normal business hours n I know I have no problem telling time
