Placed an order at 6:30pm to be ready by 7:40pm. At 7:50 I called to find out where my order was. Was told by the Manager Grace that placing an online order takes an hour before it reaches the store therefore I would have my pizzas by 8:30pm. This is nothing but garbage because I order online all of the time. By 8:30pm I still don't have my pizzas. I call again and the employee tells me that it will be leaving the store soon. I asked to speak to the Manager Grace, she explains that it should be arriving soon. No one knows what they're doing. They're just feeding out excuses to their customers. I received my order at 9:20pm. It is now 9:45pm and I had to drive to the store with the COLD pizzas they sent to my house. They did not want to compensate me or give a refund. Also not ONE person is wearing GLOVES! Never had this much trouble with this company and I've been eating here forever. Pizza Hut. Do better.

Ordered a pizza at 9..told it would be here in 45 minutes. It's now 1045 pm. I called to make sure it's on the way...my response is they are really busy and it hasn't gone out yet. It's Monday..they are not busy. I've had this problem numerous times. Love the pizza but not wort the oh-so-common issues with this place. The reps are always rude when calling. Try to give them the benefit of the doubt as I have worked in a pizza place and customer service but enough is enough. If you hire teenagers, they will act like teenagers. Period. Management needs to step their game up. I have countless "free pizza" notes on my account because of so many screw ups...yet I pay because I care. No more from me.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT! The employees can be rude and address you with unnecessary attitude. I ordered a pizza from this place and waited an hour or more, to find out my order was CANCELED! ( the reason being because I didn't pick up the phone of an unknown number) I WAS NOT even notified until I called! This Pizza Hut has a reputation for delivering your pizza hours late! Try Dominos, at least they'll deliver your order in at least 30 minutes! If you're looking to eat, try elsewhere! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!

This store is horrible. I placed an order At 8:30 pm, I never received it. My husband called they lied and said they never received order and then placed him on hold and never came back. He called back a gentleman picked up and said I called at 10pm and canceled order when it was supposed to be at my house at 9:40 which was a lie. I will be going there personally to talk to a manager and calling corporate. The staff there needs to lose their job. Pizza Hut has a lost a customer and the YUM brand can forget about me spending my money at any other restaurants
