I usually eat at this Burger King and I’m probably never eating there again. Their food is only good fresh first of all and even when you ask for fresh food, they don’t care. I had a 10 pc spicy nugget and 9/10 had hair sticking out of them. I call and the lady says I can show her and get another 10 piece and it’s really a waste of time. I ate hair though. Never again.

We are Europeans spending time to Columbus due to an educational program. My husband went to grab some burgers the other day. The lady who was taking the order was soooo rude! She said 'I can't understand what do you say'. He repeated his order and she replied 'is this English or what?' . When my husband said ' of course is English. Why are you that impolite?' Then she 'understood' the language and left the cashier pissed off yelling 'someone takes his order!!'
When my husband asked for the manager, told him what happened and asked him if this is a way to treat a customer, he acted John Snow keep telling 'I know nothing!!' 
Of course my husband left without ordering!!
NEVER EVER THERE AGAIN!!!!

P.s for the history my husband scored even more than his Americans colleagues to all his English language courses! I didn't know that he needed that sophisticated vocabulary to order a burger!!!!! 😞

Best kids play place I have ever seen in a restaurant! This building was built to look like a train station. Plan on taking the kids to blow off some steam.

Huge fancy BK with a giant play area.  Only reason I gave it 2 stars.  The lady taking my order was picking her ear.  Like the whole time.  My daughter wanted chocolate milk.  Then at the last second decided root beer.  Ear pick lady said "okay, root beer is over there" pointing to the self serve drink station.  Yeah.. they don't have Root Beer.  That was a fun battle with my kid about just getting a different drink.  Also when getting my drink it smelled lime slime and mildew.  Sure sign of improper cleaning of the soda machines and ice box.  Then I sat down to eat.  The produce on my sandwich was old and not very good.  A lot of my lettuce was brown.  A real disappointment because the store itself is really cool.
