I don't usually write google reviews, I didn't mind leaving one. I lost my mom a few days ago prior and with everything going on, I missed my bus. I asked the ticket lady about the bus, unfortnately it was a 14 hour delay, but understood and didn't charge me for a reissue. There was one worker kind of rude to people, but the others were more helpful and kind.

ZERO! Another terminal, another set of rude staff. They're TRYING for the worst service possible. Delays, late busses for no apparent reason, yelling at people who don't know what's going on. Somebody actually put a demented guy who barely spoke English on a bus from somewhere before Omaha to DC. Nobody was watching him, he wandered into the baggage area, & the driver yelled over & over, "go back inside!" I told her he has dementia & is ESL. She said, "I don't feel well today either." COLD! I'm shocked that somebody who's capable of getting a CDL doesn't know the difference between her belly ache & a elderly at-risk person who doesn't have his faculties to be able to realize He's walked into the ladies room. Sure, he shouldn't be traveling alone, but since he is, greyhound could show a little compassion & concern for his well-being. If he wanders out of the bus station, he won't last long. But they demonstrate repeatedly that they couldn't care less, and I can see them trying their best not to. Now standing for 1.5 hours in this line for 2:40am boarding. It's 5:30am. Bus came in an hour late & then driver puts it in the shop because the heater's not working. The busses are hot even without the heat on. Just a simple matter of disrespect for the TIME & SAFETY & DIGNITY of the people who scrape together the cost of a ticket. Capitalizing on the poor because they can't complain. WHOA! They JUST NOW announced that the bus wasn't being worked on all this time. They just now called a mechanic who isn't here yet. HATE greyhound, trailways & everything else they own.

InafeqInad seating, the woman manager has a terrible attitude yelling and threatening random people. Zero uniforms and zero professionalism. Never again, and hopefully you won't either. When I requested a cart for my luggage was told no after seeing about 9 sitting in used.

Screw thos place FORREAL. My 18 year old sister sat in there for HOURS after buying a $70 ticket, the bus was 45 minutes late and then they only let 10 people on, so NOW she is stranded in Columbus Ohio with a bunch of crackheads asking her if she has change. Screw this company I hope they go bankrupted.

Rude, late, inconsiderate and just terrible service. Our driver went home and the staff didn't tell anyone until after waiting 3 hours, then it was another hour wait until a driver arrived. Would never recommend traveling Greyhound.
