if i could give less than 1 star, without hesitation i would. the manager was the most rudest person i’ve ever encountered. as we stood in line waiting for service, we were having a conversation, laughing having a good time, as HUMANS do. and as we laugh she shushed us. we didn’t question it and continued with our meals. 
as we are about to leave, our basketball got tucked under a seat, so we got on top of one to try to reach for it. and as we did that, the manager HAS THE AUDACITY to yell at us and kick us out in a very inhumane manner. 
i can not express how enraged i felt after that, 10/10 people surveyed said they would NOT go there EVER again.

I've had a lot of bad experiences with this place for years but they've improved a lot. They used to get the orders wrong and make sloppy meals but that hasn't been a problem for a while now. One thing they haven't improved are their fries. They have no salt and that's my favorite part of the meal.

I have never been so disgusted and disappointed in a manager. The Assistant  manager Tonya proceeded to make my food with her bare hands after handling money. When I asked why her employees had gloves on but she didn't she said "because  I can, you are not going to tell me how to do my job" not only did she not wash her hands, wear gloves but she had a huge wedding ring on her hand collecting all kinds of germs. Just a FYI this place is nasty.

We had a good lunch, It was fine and the place very clean. We will go back.

We went to get food at 9:00 pm and all of the meat was burnt. I get that it sits for a bit but the crispy chicken was black and the bacon was definitely over done. Will not go to this one again. Also all was cold. There was also a hair on the hurger.
