EDIT: Wow, BurgerFi definitely came back strong with new and improved leadership. I am so glad my fiance convinced me to give this restaurant another chance because the food is great, service is fast and friendly, and I am impressed by the changes.

Original Review: Dirty floors and tables. Extremely long wait today not only to order but for our food to be done. Unfriendly employee at the cash register - didn't say anything to us. Food came out and wasn't fresh. My fiancee's burger was burnt. Hot dog had a pool of liquid in the center. So disappointed. It's not always like this. Maybe it was an off night for them.

Friendly staff greeted us and took our order. The food was brought right to our table. One of the employees was very kind to our one year old daughter and entertained her for a few minutes, which just brightened her day. The burgers were SO DELICIOUS and the fries were pretty good, too. While we only ordered water, the drink selection is large with something for everyone. My only small complaint is that there is only a single bathroom. I ended up having to leave without going, since the line was building up. Overall, great experience.

The food here is more expensive than fast food, but it tastes oh so much better. They also have that Beyond Meat and veggie burgers for people who want other options. Everything I've tried here has been delicious

Phenomenal. The burgers are to die for and the atmosphere is perfect. Price is a notch higher than 5 guys but still a great buy. $10 is what an average meal will cost you.

I stopped in for lunch and was greeted promptly by Nikki. She helped me with figuring out the menu and guiding through my choices. When my meal was brought to me I found the flavor to be outstanding. I will definitely be back again.
