My order was not made when I arrived,  had to wait 20 minutes for a half assed made platter. Never again!!

They only had one girl working. Line outside door. But the girl worked her butt off. Did not stop to breathe. I give the girl a A+. I give the manager or owner an F. Who ever has one person working at dinner time when you have coupons in the paper is beyond me. At least they had a experienced girl working. She did a real good job. If I was working there, I would have quit and walked out. I can't believe they only had one person working.

A very good stop for a meal, either as a fairly quick on-the-go tasty sub and side, or to relax at a table with friends or family.

My review is for this particular location. Service and portions are never consistent. The last 3 times we were there the same girl was working. The 1st time we were the only people in the store, she made us wait quite some time before making our subs. She was busy doing other things but I feel that as the only customers in the store we should have been given some priority. I don't mind waiting a couple minutes but it wasn't just a couple.  After I ordered my dtrs sub, the worker told me to just order a pizza sub, it's easier for workers that way and it's the exact same thing. Okay.... So we went back, it was the same girl again. I ordered the "pizza sub" and it was not the same thing. When I told her and asked to restart the sub, she said "well you should know what you're ordering". She then started it again, but seeming angry. She only 3 slices of pepperoni on it (6in), it's never been such a small portion. I then asked for double meat, that ended up being an additional $3. The third time the portions were different again. After I ordered my dtrs sub, the way I always have in exception to the last time, she once again told me to just order a pizza sub. I was smiling but pulling my hair out in the inside.
