Placed an online order for pickup. First off you guys should have curbside pickup, because of the location. Had to pay for parking even though it literally took 30secs to pickup my order. I ordered a veggie burger with no cheese and no salt on my fries. I received regular meat burger with 2 slices of American cheese. I DO NOT EAT MEAT OR CHEESE. since I was already home, I called the restaurant, “manager” rudely interrupted me and asked me if I wanted to come back get the correct order. no I don’t. I’d have to pay for parking… again. Before I got the chance to ask for a refund, he hung up on me. I called back with no answer. There is not a cooperate phone number to report these issues. I can say for certain I will never go back to BurgerFi. Bad customer service.  I NEED A REFUND! I DID NOT EAT YOUR SLOPPY MEAT BURGER.

Solid fast food casual burger joint.  Up there with SS and 5 Guys, but with their own spin.  Bun is toasted and buttered and their fries aren’t greasy.  Order the onion rings and don’t look back.  They have several home made sauces and you should take advantage of it to get your flavor.

Burgers, fries, onion rings and shakes are really great. Only problem with this location, every time I go there, I get something slightly different. Employees mess up orders frequently, even you order through self-service kiosk. Here is the photo of the 2 regular burgers I ordered, they come with American cheese...Food: 5/5

I don’t know if maybe they’re just having a bad day today but the experience was all over. No beer, no onion rings, the food took forever, one of the burgers came out burnt, and the Ketchup station was all messed up. The good news is that the one burger that was not burnt was absolutely delicious.

Great and quick service.  The food was great as usual.   If you are conscious about your salt intake be sure to eliminate the fries or request no salt.  The fries are a little salty.  Kid-friendliness: Kids meal available.

Please excuse the appearance because I couldn’t even get it out the box good without eating all the vegetables off of it but when I tell you, this is the best veggie burger I’ve ever had!!! I’m not vegetarian by any means, however, this place has me thinking hard about the switch over. I’m tired of eating the same meats over and over so I decided to try this…..man!!!! I had to call up Burger Fi real quick, asked for a manager and when the manager Brittany got on the phone I just had to rant and rave about this burger. 5 Stars Highly Recommend

First experience and impression- not a chill place. There’s plenty of comparable joints in WPB. There’s an evident lack of service as I came in at 9:30, politely waited for the one working kiosk to place my order and at 9:58 was told no more orders would be taken. The staff clearly didn’t care people had been waiting, and notably gave high fives in the kitchen when close was announced. Service is tough, but it’s a choice and a profitable one. I thought it was a gross display of behavior and I encourage others to invest their time and experience with companies that display respect in their actions for their customers. Not BurgerFi.

How can a national chain sell this terrible food to customers see pics. I order the Fry Cry with my burger and I was given a bag full of grease, soggy soft onion rings, wet soggy fries swimming in oil. This the worst food I've had in a long time they should be ashamed. Not to mention we also ordered a combo with a drink which they sold us without telling us they only had diet and sugar free options available in freestyle soda dispenser.

When I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello. Staff was very patient while I pondered what I wanted first timer. While waiting for my food I noticed the morale of staff was high and the people genuinely enjoyed working with one another. They knew how to get the job done but also have fun doing it. On service alone I would return to this place but then I tried the burger and wow!! I got the double bacon burger and it was delicious… the bacon was crisp, cheese melted perfectly, and the quality of the meat was superb to other places I have tried. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a quick burger. I’m definitely trying their chicken next!!!!

Brittany and the team were phenomenal. The burgers and onion rings are second to none. Thank you for a wonderful experience today! You guys killed it!
